It’s a very good Sabich. Gives a good fight to the one in Ramat-gan. A good place to it for vegetarians in Jerusalem.

Ask for mushrooms instead of egg to keep it vegan. Delicious wrap, packed with veggies and amazing sauces. Pick up a side of the pickled peppers and pickled veggies to add on-- they are a delight. A much-needed break from falafel. You wont regret it!!

Aricha is placed just in front of the market and makes delicious sabich and soups. The place got just few tables on the inside and outside. The girls are smiley and nice, and the place is full of locals as it has kosher certification. Highly...suggestedMore

This is a typical street food place in Jerusalem--a few tables, a bit cramped, and frequently a long-ish line that move pretty quickly. Sabih (pronounced sah-bih with a guttural h) is a great vegetarian snack/meal that includes a hard-boiled egg, thinly-sliced fried eggplant, your choice...of vegetables, as well as a choice of amba (pickled mango sauce) a hot sauce, tehina, and humus--you can include as little or as much as you would like. You can get it as a sandwich in a pita, or on a plate. Make it vegan by leaving out the egg and substituting mushrooms (pee-tree-yoat in Hebrew). The food was great, the services friendly (especially in Israeli terms), if a bit rushed as they try to move the line along quickly. Enjoy!More

This is real nest fast food you can chose. The dish they sell in Pita called Sabich, same as Laffa in Iraq, it fried eggplant, tehina, and Amba (mango sour) cuting egg and humus with vegetables and each layer more tehina and the result is...great. Don't miss it. Tip:the beers are cheep there also.More

The food was great but the staff was very rude. We went there twice, both times they were very unfriendly. As there is no English menu we asked the staff about options. They gave no answer at all and asked us aggressively what we want....Very unfortunate, as it would be a good place for vegan food.More

This pita place has become my favorite food in Jerusalem. Located in the center of the city. Very fast service even when long lines so don't run away. Worth coming here at least once. Vegetarian. With vegan option Try it you will thank me.
