This is a great little place off the busy Jaffa Road. They serve a small selection of about 5 different pizzas (you can customise your own) and 10 different pastas (with gluten free pasta). Eaten here a couple of times now and have never been disappointed. In fact this is one of the few Italian places in the country I... More

great little cozy place, the buffalo cheese pizza was extraordinary! The staff were pleasant, and even gave out a family-like vibe.

(NOTE: the name of this place is no longer PIPS. It is PAPPA.) My husband and I ate at Pappa yesterday. It was our first visit...and it will not be our last ... as long as they continue to provide the same level of great tasting pizza, excellent service, and a nice atmosphere. We ordered two pizzas - the Napolitana... More

I used to go to Pips quite often, now it changed the owner and it is called Pappa. I feel that the food was better before, but in the end it didn't change so much. The place is very simple, familiar, and the pizza and the pasta are not bad at all!

Pips is listed everywhere as "permanently closed", but as of July 2016, there is an Italian restaurant called "Pappa", serving Pizza, pasta, salads and amazing desserts right in its place!

I live in Jerusalem 4 years and I went there first time a few days ago with my girlfriend, the place was busy but not too full.. seems like there was no waiter, everything was a big mess, I needed to go to the cashier (which also made pizza, took orders and was the bartender too) and asked for pizza,... ...grin and bear it. They also have a patio seating area in back. The best recommendation I know of: the neighbors eat there and order takeaway. Enjoy!

Perfect Neapolitan pasta and pizza. I really enjoyed their custom pizzas - Balkan and Roma. Whole wheat strozzapreti and fettuccine are simply delicious. Cosy small family place in the centre of jerusalem
