Our visit here was somewhat disappointing. To begin with, the restaurant had just switched over to Passover mode two days before the holiday began. That wasn't a problem in itself, but they brought out rolls containing matzah meal, which should not be eaten so soon before the holiday. A kosher restaurant should have known better. This wasn't such a problem... More

Just returned from supper at this restaurant which has usually been consistently good. What a disappointment! To start with, the heating system was not working and it was freezing. We ate the entire meal with coats and scarves on! The excuse was that the hotel is undergoing renovations and there was a problem with the heating! Our waiter was friendly... More

We live in Jerusalem and almost never dine in hotel restaurants, but the Inbal Hotel is a very convenient location for us and we read good reviews of its Italian dairy restaurant, Slofia. We were very impressed with the quiet setting (almost every restaurant in Jerusalem, even the most elegant, plays annoying background music!), the creative menu, reasonable prices and... More

We were there with oversea friends. Very pleasant atmosphere, not noisy, and the food was really great. The service was not. Our guest could have finished the first course before we received ours; plates were whisked away as soon as someone had finished eating, even though the others were still eating. Still, overall it was very nice and hopefully service... More

I went to the Sofia cafe at the Inbal hotel and was charmed by the staff that waited on me. Ali, Wissam, Karim and Eran were some of the finest young men that I have ever encountered. Not as young as I used to be, the boys helped with anything I needed and made my trip here above par. I... More

We had a group of eleven people that was touring Israel. Our last stop before heading back to the USA was the Inbal Hotel. The group ate at Sofia one night that is located in the hotel. Faditisam waited on the group. He was the best! Tal waited on us during the day. My husband had a cold & she... More

We set on the balcony. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. The food was delicious and very high standard. The risotto was amazing. We enjoyed great service from the waitress and from the manager Koby. We have already recommended this place to our friends.

My wife and I had just finished our swim at the Inbal Hotel and decided immediately to eat at the hotel's dairy restaurant, Sofia. We had enjoyed a meal there before and it is usually not on everybody's top lists. We think that's a mistake. We were very happy to have made that decision. My wife had discovered that she... More
