Very small but managed to find seating. We ordered 4 flavors: tonka, back sesame, basil and matcha. They were all good but the black sesame and basil were particularly good. I then took a taste of wasabi which was unusual but very good.

we tried 4 flavours - chocolate, pistaccio, tonka and chai masala.. I found the last one to be light and lovely, the others were somewhat dissapointing.

I'm not a huge ice-cream fan, and when I do partake I prefer classic Italian flavors. Mousseline therefore left me in a quandary. Should I stick to classic chocolate, the only regular flavor they had, or be adventurous? So I tried the saffron ice-cream, the...basil ice-cream, the black sesame seed ice-cream, rum& raisins ice-cream, and even some chocolate. All were great!!More

Ice cream is an incredible food -- this place didn't do it for me in terms of their creaminess. They try to experiment with unique flavors, but don't seem to have the basics down.

Tucked away on a quiet street just a three minute walk from the Jerusalem Theatre, your tastebuds will truly sing upon discovering Mousseline, a tiny artisanal ice cream parlor with a mouth watering selection of homemade ice cream and fruit sorbets!! At about 50 square...meters and with minimal signage it’s easy to miss this little gem but well worth the effort, not to mention the calories!More

This place is a little hard to find, but worth stepping out of the main hustle and bustle of machane yehuda. By far the most homemade tasting and refreshing ice cream I’ve had in Jerusalem. The flavors are not your standard and it’s worth trying...a few before deciding what you want a whole cup or cone of. If you are trying as much ice cream in Israel as possible this place should definitely be on your list!More

In the "Machne Yehuda" market you find a small special sweet retreat. This icecream shop hides special flavors of icecream served with great service and attention. I asked if the icecream is gluten free and the positive reply followed with a suggestion for a gloten...free cone and with a clean spoon just for me. I tasted the massala flavor which was gentle and not too sweet. My son had poppy seed which was also very good.More

We arrived with a friend from Copenhagen to show her the unique flavors. The staff looked like we distributed their busy talk and did not allow us use their restroom (against the Israeli law b.t.w). Told us to "look for some place else, because it's...not their problem". Will never come back and will never bring any tourists for sure.More

Very much worth stopping for dessert or snack. Never have I tasted such unique flavors. Had a small cone of halva flavored ice cream. Others in our party had the pistacchio and also delicious. These are all home made and you can tell.

How can you go wrong with a wassabi-flavored ice cream? Mousseline has all sorts of unique and interesting flavors that you won't find in other ice cream places. However, even more importantly, their ice cream has just the right texture and composition not to instantly...melt or fall off your cone, while at the same time not being colder than other ice creams. Definitely recommended as one of the best ice cream places in Israel, not just Jerusalem. Also: it's priced very competitively, cheaper than standard ice cream places in Tel Aviv for example.More

I grew up eating homemade ice cream and sorbet. I myself have an ice cream maker. That is where I am coming from when I say that Mouselline's is a gourmet product. Have dinner and come to Mouselline's for dessert. Or, if the middle eastern...climate sometimes gets the better of you, this is a lovely place to get a pick-me up. My husband recommends the pistachio flavor. He loves pistachio and try's it everywhere and it rarely tastes this good. I had the cinnamon. It was strong so don't get it if you don't like it that way.More
