I ate at this restaurant twice. The first time was very good. The food was excellent and so was the service. It was on a Tuesday early evening. I went back with my wife on a late night Thursday evening. The service was despicable. We were literally bullied by the waiter. i guess the device depends on the timing. The... More

My husband and I wanted to take our son and daughter-in-law for a meal, and my husband had been dreaming of Entrecote for years. I was less enthusiastic having read the reviews but here we were. It was exactly as I imagined it. A huge restaurant with very little customer service. No waiter approached us to show us to a... More

Our waiter who turned out to be the manager needs urgent lessons in service as well as courtesy and manners. Awful service. I paid in full and gave a tip but have decided to leave this review. Please avoid this restaurant if you want good food and good service.

I was there twice, and both times the service wasn't that great. It's also really noisy and takes a while for the food to come. Plus side is that the food is tasty.

We took our granddaughter, her finacee, and her parents out to celebrate her engagement and birthday. Althoug we had a reservation we had to wait a half an hour for our table. The food was nicely presented, plentiful and tasteful. The service could have been better. They brought out a surprise desert when they heard of the occasion. The prices are... More

We were there with a party of 10. The service was mediocre. There were five very young children in our group and they tried to push us into a fixed price menu where a three and five year old would be paying the same as an adult. This was highway robbery. They did have a children menu which we found... More

I had a business meeting after a day of work on Har Hotzvim in Jerusalem, and thought that this might be a good place for us to sit, work, and even eat a bit. The good news is that the meeting went very well; we were able to sit and talk for nearly two hours. The bad news is that... More

We were going to the Palace restaurant at the Waldor Astoria with Haredi family, only to learn that the restaurant lacked a "teudah" (official certification of kashrut). So, my brother in law was on the phone to Entrecote, and satisfied with their certification we were off in a taxi. About twenty minutes later, we pulled into the restaurant to see... More
