This restaurant in the market try to give you the high class food & service with the market atmosphere and it quite confusing, the food which based on simple market dishes but served with luxury touch. In lunch time the restaurant is full and it advised to book in advance.

Great fresh food, cooked very well and fun noisy ambiance. If you are going as two people, as me and my husband were, we had great fun sitting at the bar, where we had direct access to the bartenders and could peer towards the bustling kitchen on our left. As usual, we over ordered but somehow managed to chow down... More

We celebrated there our wedding anniversary... Booked place on the bar more than month in advance. Great experience, very Israeli, relatively noisy... And expansive... But very romantic and authentic. The food is great... Desserts i didn't liked.

The wealthy rubbing elbows with the poor, buying all manner of food stuff, dishes, appliances, clothes; restaurants, bars, exotic spice shops - I'll never stop discovering more to see!

This place was an earthquake in the Jerusalem and Israeli food scene when it opened up seven years ago. It has been able to maintain its high quality, friendly staff, original cuisine and open-markety-noisy high-energy atmosphere. It is wonderful. The tasting menu is highly recommended. Prices are high, but it's a great experience

The daily menu, the staff and the atmosphere supporting the good impression from this restaurant, it is not a big one, it is crowded (we visit at noon mid week). And then come the food itself, we start with salad for both of us and we clean the dish then my wife took fish and i took the lamb T-bone... More

The food is ok, but the rstarant is too busy in presenting the food in many strange ways, rather than simply focusing on taste. Larger portions would also be welcome.

End of the working week i decided to spoil my self at MACHNEYUDA. it's not my first time here, and I was very surprised to see that the quality of the food is very good. Not cheap at all but worth it! In cold days I recommend the Polenta, in hot days take the blue cheese and chicory salad.
