Kubas are OK but the service is not efficient and the staff are just rude giving a non comfort feeling. I will not return to this place. There are dozens of better places to eat at.

My friend and I had a wonderful lunch, great price, filling food. It's nice that you see the food you're going to eat, so no surprises.

A simple place with basic accommodation and very long lines of people waiting to order from a variety of dishes. The concept is to find a table, and then to wait in line, until you reach a small window, then to order from a variety of slow cooking food, along with some fried food, and then to pay at the... First time we went it was closed, so we went back the next day for a late lunch....we enjoyed this place and would recommend, but we were a bit confused when we went up to order and didn't really take in the whole menu choices, so might have ordered differently..it was also hard to understand what the pricing was. The... More

It doesn't matter if you are a pauper or a king , a student with a minimal income or a millionaire. At Rachmo you all sit together and have the best old fashioned Jerusalem menu and incredible food. There is no real service , you just queque up at the kitchen and above you is the menu and just tell... More

During shopping in the market of Jerusalem, I went inside this old restaurant and ate a plate of hummus. It's been done with loving hands of the mid age woman who's been working there for a few decades, and it was very tasty. Somehow it reminded me my childhood as I were going to the market with my grandmother at... More

This restaurant may have been in this location in the Shuk in Jerusalem since the time of Noah's flood. It hasn't changed both in decor and in menu and therein lies the charm. It is something of a fast food classical Israeli style restaurant: pita, falafel, hummus (fantastic!!!), kube (if you don't know what it is, try it!). Reasonably priced... More

One of Ottolenghi's recommended restaurants in Jerusalem and you can't fault him. The hummus was delicious and the goulash even better. Bread below average. Very simple location. Note when finding it that there's no restaurant name in latin alphabet - but there's only one restaurant at this address. Menus in English available. I was asked to leave at 17:15 on... More
