Although it was recommended by a work colleague I was very disappointed. Nice outlook from the first floor overlooking a busy alleyway and Harmony Hotel entrance. Very few guests and now I know why. Expensive for what you get. Chicken pate was 95% bread and...4% maple syrup with a scraping of pate on the bread. Not good value. The schnitzel was not schnitzel proper but sirloin steak coated in a batter like coating. Not nice and very greasy. And expensive. So a nice outlook but overpriced and not nice food. Disappointed.More

Zuni is located not far from the old city wall in W Jerusalem's centre for locals (maybe excluding ultra-orthodox) and tourists, The food is good and nice, seating is pleasant and the people are nice.

Zuni reminds me of my college days with all day and night dining. The French toast is delicious. The only problem is that I could not try everything on the menu - so we must come back.

We came to Zuni for a quick lunch. Expected an average diner. We were surprised to find a very good diner. the dishes are big and fresh and taste very good. the French toast was made from in-house self made brioche bread. The fries were...hand-cut and crunchy. The Caesar salad was fresh and tasty. We will definitely come back.More

This 2nd floor restaurant/bar is tucked away in the alleyways of the Nahalat Shiva neighborhood of West Jerusalem (near Jaffa Street). Very friendly staff, enjoyable menu, and good service. My girlfriend also enjoyed a refreshing margarita! All of the staff spoke English. There's even a...romantic balcony seating for two!More

I am from america on vacation and decided to eat outside of the hotel. On a recommendation from another traveler I ventured out to this place. Nice selection of scotches and various cocktails, I had the chicken cord on blue and it was as excellent...as I was told. A little pricey but everything in isreal is pricey but this was worth the money.More

My wife and I were on a pilgrimage tour with about 20 other people, and we were getting tired of the buffet food at the provided hotels; we needed something better, and I asked the front desk at our hotel for a recommendation. The clerk...suggested Zuni, and we're glad he did!!!! 5 of us went there this evening, and we have no complaints! Service was attentive, food was excellent, portions more than generous. Two of us had the Cordon Blue which was perfectly prepared, 2 of us had the pork chop which was tender, moist and tasty (HINT: Unless you're really hungry, don't order 2 chops! 1 is a perfect portion along with the included side). My wife had the seafood with pasta dish, and the seafood was prepared to perfection. We were a bit reluctant when researching that this restaurant is open 24 hours a day during certain days (were we walking into an American diner???) but the atmosphere, service, and food quality were A+, and we'll likely be back again before we go home!More

No, Zuni is not a vegan restaurant - it's a place you go if you want bacon or meat and potatoes and a nice mixed drink. But--just around the corner at Tmol Shilshom (you can see the sign pointing to it through a back alley... More
