The falafel is just wonderful and I think one really needs to have one when in Haifa. They always give one falafel ball to taste and after that you just can't refuse. We have never had a bad experience here.
The best recommendation i can give this place is that I drove from Tel Aviv just to eat here. The tahina has the perfect blend of lemon which so many establisments scrimp on.

I’ve only eaten falafel a few times in my life. Honestly this is one of the best tasting things I’ve eaten in my life. Forget whether or not you like falafel, or if you’ve had it, and just consider eating here because it is delicious....More
