Not the most inviting restaurant from the outside, and a bit confusing as to what type of food to expect. So it was a bit of a gamble when we picked it, but it turned out to be a good move. The food was really...good and heaped so high that we felt guilty as to how much we left. The staff were friendly and we wish them good luck with what seemed to be a fairly new venture.More

We love delicious food but don't often splurge on the good restaurants - every single thing we ordered at Olla was amazing. Some of us love sushi and others don't, and here there was something for everyone. The salmon sushi plate was enough to fill...up even dad, mom got tender and flavorful beef, and our 10 yr old ventured away from schnitzel and pasta and discovered that she loved the make-your-own-sushi (just cucumber, please) and mom's steak. Our 13-yr-old budding chef asked for the secret to the amazing mashed potatoes, and Avi came over in a quiet moment and shared his method! (Shhh.) The wait staff was friendly and nearby but not hovering, and the atmosphere was lovely.More

J had the signature sweetbread dish. It was fantastic. Same for my second course the fois gras. You don't go for the sushi, although my kids said it was not bad. They didn't like the quality of the red tuna. Friendly owner/waiter/cook. Good wines. Going...back to try the tournedos rossinni.More

It was my 3rd visit to Olla, and I was not disappointed. The owner, Avi, couldn't be more helpful, the service was great, and the food delicious. I have organised a private Birthday party for 16 people in the past at the Restaurant, and it...was beyond expectations.More

Highly recommend this restaurant. We had a delightful evening with really delicious food. The home baked focaccia was accompanied by equally tasty dips. To follow, my partner chose "the holy trinity" a tower of perfectly grilled entrecote topped by a beef fillet and goose liver....The grilled chicken thighs that I chose were delicious too and served with potato puree and caramelized onions. The desert was an amazing hot chocolate soufflé. Douze points! Will definitely go back there.More

We heard the place was supposed to be really good but were sadly disappointed by the dishes. We ordered the corn soup as a starter and it tasted like a ready made soup that the place added vegetables to. Next we had the meat tortaliny...which was smaller then expected and again tasted like it had a big amount of preservetives and MSG, we also had stir fried dish with rice and salmon, we didnt like the seasoning and the rice wasnt to our liking (to soft to a point of being mushy). The service was good but made a couple of mistakes (priced 20 shekels over the expected price, changed the corn soup that i askes for to the soup of the day which was peas&corn and cost more without asking us). It looked like the meat dishes are better, so i recommend you to be careful with the dishes you choose, maybe ask the waiter and friends for advice.More

We went to Olla for dinner and had an amazing meal. The waitress was very nice. The kids’ meal (burger) for my 6yo was very generous, the Asian steak was great and cooked exactly medium rare as we had asked. We had the stuffed mushrooms...as appetizer and the pesto cream was sooooo good. Hard to believe it was all dairy free. The sushi was good but the most amazing was the Isabella special Thai Beef - we ordered a second plate because everyone loved it so much !! We will for sure go backMore

Unbelievable variety. We had wings and kebobs with the cauliflower and eggplant. The leafy salad is a must. Everything was delicious and the service superb. We are from NY and didn’t know what to expect in Eilat. We were pleasantly surprised.
