Best falafel pita sandwich!!! It was an unplanned late lunch stop and it was soooo good. The labneh was creamy and delicious and the falafel crunchy and soft at the same time. Definitely recommend if in Bethlehem.

What a superb venue to visit in the holy land. The limestone walls and barrel ceiling set an atmosphere to die for. The staff are extremely helpful and the food hit the mark. A chilled bottle of wine soothed the weary travellers and set us...up for a beautiful rest after a hard day.More

We were looking for something that can handle a table of 12, and they did fantastic with our group of 18! The food was typical but with a great flavor, we tried a very good sample of their menu, and have to say their falafel...is just amazing!!! At all time they make you feel like part of their family by explaining a little of their history (photos), introducing brothers and cousins; that was a big difference. You could thing is the typical, but it is not and it should be a must if you are in Bethlehem!More
