It`s not a big restaurant, but they make the best falafel i have eaten so far. So, if you ever go to Bethlehem you should definitely try their food.

I was in Bethlehem and stopped to eat Falafel and Hummus in one of the oldest restaurants in Bethlehem. Falafel and Hummus are Arabian food from Levant. You can find it in Palestine, Lebanon, Jordan and Syria. It is basically made from fava beans or chickpeas. Afteem restaurant is very famous in Bethlehem. You should visit it.

Always crazy busy and full of "cultural experience". If you are a tourist you may feel overwhelmed but keep at it, find a table, and order anything. This is a great place to taste the culture and some of its best food! The falafel and hummus here can't be beat!
