We stopped by because it was in front of the old synagogue. We stayed for the service and the best coffee. Can’t tell you enough about how good his Turkish coffee was. Adding pics do you could see. Awesome place I’ve very dowcualnlocar

A nice cafe we didn't expect to find down the Balat area and closed to the golden horn ( haliç). Little place with many teas and coffees. The boss is very kind. The area is nice not very touristic yet.

Fantastic little coffee shop in the popular Balat district. Serhat, the owner, Barista is an absolute coffee guru. The coffee is unique and not rivalled anywhere else. Coffee is roasted in house. Ask for his special brews. Enjoy, a definite visit for the coffee connisour....More

When you visit Balat, the must place to sit down and relax is Cumbali Cafe... Serhat the owner is a great host and their coffee is amazing... therefore stop by and enjoy Balat at Cumbali Cafe

Don't miss this little cozy place on Balat! The owner is very nice and friendly although his English is not his best, he is always smiling!

Stumbled in on a rainy day and got a very nice filter coffee by a little indoor fire. Warmly hosted amd told where to get lunch. Couldn't recommend it more!
