Take a taxi because parking is difficult. Great fish restaurant with good wines. Service is good. View is lovely if you stay in the terrace near sea. Pricy but great and deserves a visit.

I was here for a business diner. Perfect service, food and place. Direct located at the Bosporus, watching the ships passing by having excellent food, especially fish. A place to visit again

See and be seen at Poseidon, so remember to dress sharply before you go! The views are gorgeous and peaceful, the service is 5 star and the seafood, fresh yogurt, even the breads are absolutely divine. Everything we had was incredible, definitely one of the best meals and fine dining experiences I have had around the world. Bebek is a... More

The very busy restaurant is facing and sitting on the Bosphorus. We enjoyed fresh fish and delicious local dishes such as eggplant mousse and grilled peppers and had for desert the Quince tart served with buffalo cream.

We were brought here by our good friends who have lived in Bebek all their lives and it was an great surprise. The food is excellent, from the choice of meze to the warm starters and the traditional blue fish of the Bosphorous. The view just made it all the better.

Poseidon is best fish restaurant in Bebek area. There are amazing bosphorus landscape near by the sea. And for sure delicious sea food. My favourite sole fish. If you happen to pass by, you should try. This restaurant not cheap but not expensive. Actually how much you will pay depends entirely on what you eat. By the way you should... More

Staying in Besiktas

Neighborhood Profile
In Besiktas, skyscrapers compete with palaces for space in an upscale vista replete with hilly green parkland filling in the margins. Step into this rather wealthy neighborhood and discover a rich mix of opportunities to shop, dine, and be entertained. For folks in search of urban buzz, not to mention a constant reminder of just how important Istanbul’s waterways are to its rich history, there's the frenetic Besiktas ferry terminal or the city’s most vibrant fish market to explore. For a timeout of metropolitan proportions, head to the bucolic Yildiz Park or the chic Bosphorus-side fishing village of Ortakoy. Attractions such as the grandiose Dolmabahce Palace and a bevy of other stately residences await admiration. To be sure, this large and not overly touristy swath of Istanbul yields plenty of pleasure for all.
