There is no place on earth like this place or places .. My favourite has been the ones in Beyoglu and Kadikoy.. My late father used to take us the one in Kadikoy for drinks and to buy lokum .. Their lokum or Turkish Delight...is the best in the world.. Forget all other brands or tastes .. Theirs are the best .. Not only lokums, but their special flavoured candies, cookies, and very old recipe drinks.. My favourite drink is Tamarind juice or Demirhindi şerbeti.. Please taste it and you will be addicted to it.. It used to be Sultans favourite serbet.. Once you taste their lokum, you will never want to touch any others.. This is real Turkish Delight at its best..More

Ali Muhiddin is a great Turkish delight shop. It is very old brand. Historical and traditional delight shop. All the goods and delights are very tasty and fresh...especially Turkish delights...Turkish lemonade is also home made and fresh. Recommended.

If you want"akide sekeri" go to from baylan to Ali muhittin haci Bekir candy caffe. I don't prefer sweet anything except " tarcinli akide sekeri and sakizli lokum"cinnamon candy and gum lokum. If you want to balance your blood glycemi get small akide for your...healt. Cold Limonate or tamarind syrup are very healty for you at hot summer. Prices are $ and you never be upset what you want to taste in your budged. Mint akide gives you freshment at whole day. Do not pass W/o touch to caffe if you are at Kadikoy bazaar.More
