We attended a conference dinner at this location and had a great time. The staff are great and made super helpful suggestions, and the food was excellent. The view on the top floor adds to the great ambiance of the restaurant.

Duble Meze Bar is the at the top floor of a building across famous Pera Palace Hotel at Tepebaşı. It has a grand view of Golden Horn. It is a fine dining restaurant with food served in small dishes and they are all delicious. But, it is an expensive one.

This place is one of the best when it comes to dancing the night away on Turkish music, and enjoying very good food. The crowd is elite locals, and the ambiance is very alive. It's usually hard to combine good quality food, with a dancing scene but this place has both.

A beautiful view of the city awaits you at Duble Meze, and also some fantastic meze food. A popular restaurant with excellent ambience, the service was quite excellent - really enjoyed the wide selection of vegetarian options. Must also recommend the desserts as some of the best I have had in a long time. A nice selection of wines also.

Duble Meze is not the best in Istanbul but one of the few ones which combined good food, good view over Bosphorus and good atmosphere although sometimes it may be a bit melancholic.

What a stunning restaurant. It's a great place for summer nights, we sat in the fresh air on the rooftop among the beautiful lanterns and city views with friends from overseas & we all loved it. Apart from the view, the service was great and the mix and match of a huge list of meze was delicious. What a great... More

I was so excited to try duble meze as I heard so many amazing reviews of the place, we booked through the hotel for dinner and were shocked to find only 3 other tables - the mezes were OK but nothing to look forward to visit again!

Neighborhood Profile
Istanbul’s most famous street, pedestrianized Istiklal Caddesi (Independence Avenue), throbs day and night and offers a fantastic array of architectural sights, shops, treats, and throngs upon teeming throngs of people. At the avenue’s northeastern end is expansive Taksim Square, thought by many to be the very heart of the city, with many of Turkey’s most renowned restaurants and some of Europe’s most happening nightlife in close proximity. In striking contrast, Beyoglu’s less trafficked areas – such as the affluent Cihangir and the antiques district of Cukurcuma – exude Old World charm and provide contemplative calm and splendid diversion via an assortment of cozy cafes, attractive boutiques, and quiet lanes.
