We had a tasty dinner on the terrace, serves are small and beer is overpriced, but the view is very nice and panoramic. When the bill came there was a charge for tax (?!) and also they served a wrong dish but we ate it...and got apple tea for "free" so we decided to just pay and go.More

We visited whilst exploring the historic sights nearby. We chose here as it was busy and we liked the look of the place. We sat outside which was nice and the staff were all helpful and friendly to us but we found the food we...ordered disappointing being really quite greasy. That was our taste however and there are a number of places nearby to try so I probably wouldn't return.More

The main host speaks lot of languages and convince you to dine. He promises to serve you hot, freshly baked breads, rice and other side dishes etc. Once you order; he simply forgets everything and with a lot of attitude. They do not even have...the possibility to bake breads and depends on other restaurants. Once he served totally burnt breads. On showing him the burnt sides, he said he would change them. He did and then brought only 2 more breads (we were 3 persons). On asking for more bread, he said he gave us enough. How many more should he give us. Then he served old bread warmed up in oven which made them real hard to chew. At the end, he gave us a hand written bill and certainly overcharged. He did not gave us the menu to double-check the prices. I am sure there was no dish of TL 180. I asked for a bill after paying and he told us that he could not give us the original and provided a copy. I insisted and he literally threw the original to me. Should be avoided at all cost or end up paying more and ruin your day. Apart from the breads and some average side dishes, the main dish that they cook in clay pot was good. We tried both the lamb and chicken version. But the attitude of the staff and burnt and no breads simply spoiled everything.More

Please just pass by this place, never enter and order anything from here! The food was spoiled, smelly and the service is very long and unfriendly!

The food was fine, but they tried to tack on a 20% tip. Prices were very high for the area. Beware of this place, especially foreigners. They WILL try to rip you off. Be firm, and refuse to pay it!

What a complete failure. Went here for hookah and tea. Failed on both counts. Ordered grape and mint flavour - the hookah tasted like lemons. When we raised this with waiter - he said "do you have lemons in your mouth - did you eat...lemons today". That response pretty much sums it up. Poor service - no effort in making the tea or the hookah. We had two pulls and we put it to one side. We were shocked when we received the bill and it was double the going rate. Just an all round awful experience.More

Nice and cozy restaurant in a cluster of several restaurants adjacent to a square close to the Hagia Sophia. The food and service is good. Two of the waiters working over here speak reasonable Dutch (one of them lived for several years in NL).
