Cafe is conveniently located in a tourist area behind the Blue Mosque. They have a live band with dervish performance and that is the only good thing about this cafe. Otherwise food was average and dishes were over priced. We were group of 10 people...More

Decent, not great food and reasonable prices. Good ambience with the hookah, traditional dancer and good musicians. Service was average. Busy waiters. No alcohol. All in all, an okay place to spend your evening with good entertainment while in Istanbul.

Great place to chill out for evenings, food is reasonably priced and staff are good. Popular with tourists and locals especially for shisha, they do not serve alcohol though. Entertainment is good, not sure why people are complaining about the fake Sufi dancer, would you...More

We were visiting the Arasta Bazaar and after a few hours of shopping decided to eat at the Mesale Cafe. It resembled an old Ottoman food house and the decor suited. It had live music and the food and service was good. We had pancakes,...More
