We conned by some smooth talking tout out the front to come in for a light mezze. The food was horrible, the service worse and the price of beer unbelievable. By far the worst place we visited on a trip around Europe.

The waiter is nice but talks too much, we ordered beers without knowing the price and in the end what a surprise to see on the bill that it cost nearly 10 euros for one beer! We waited for more than 45 minutes to be served! The food is ok but pricey. In the end you pay a lot of... More

We dined here on New Years Eve. Service was good and very friendly. There was a big variety of food but the fish was unmissable. A selection of freshly caught fish was brought to us to choose and beautifully cooked. Nice wines. Good value.

Not at all a good restaurant, looks good from outside but food is very pricy and not good. They tell you that they make good deal for you but they're lying.

Staying in Karakoy

Neighborhood Profile
Karakoy
Sitting pretty with an age-old air about it, Karakoy is situated on the European side of the Bosphorus at the mouth of the Golden Horn. Perhaps the city’s most historically significant area, it’s currently one of the most happening parts of town as well. Here street vendors and alfresco fish restaurants line the banks of the Horn where the views of major attractions across the water rival Karakoy’s own key attractions, such as the iconic 14th century Galata Tower and the Museum of Modern Art. A major hub for local and international waterborne traffic, Istanbul’s commercial and maritime heritage remains as relevant and evident as ever in Karakoy. Commuter ferries mingle with luxury cruise liners at its busy port, ensuring a continuously cosmopolitan flow of people..
