Stress Free Environment

Visited the Palatium on 3 separate occasions when visiting Istanbul. Very stress free environment as none of the staff are trying to drag you in off the street! For a couple from Scotland this really is a blessing, Food was good and the prices very...reasonable for both food and drink compared with other restaurants in the area. Staff were very friendly and efficient without being over the top.More

Not a Turkish delight.

The ambiance is nice but the service is not a Turkish delight. The lamb chops were overcooked, and the clay pot dish was not as tasty as it could be. The meat was not tender, and it lacked the tomatoes, potatoes, and other spices that...make this dish so special. I assume the use of tiny diner like paper napkins as an excuse for being a cafe vs a restaurant.More

Mediocre at best

Dropped in for a mezze plate of dips and bread with a cold drink. Was welcomed but after I was served, ignored for the rest of my stay, even though it was not busy at all. Suggest better experiences elsewhere.

Cool vibe flavorless food no lie

The food had zero flavor Lentil soup couldn’t even eat it was grainy no salt no flavor Chicken salad the chicken was greasy and rubbery The sish kebab had no flavor needed a sauce Very disappointing Nice vibe cool couches to sit Terrible food

Excellent food and service

Excellent food and service. We went there twice during our stay. We had the lamb casserole, muhammara dip, vegetable casserole & spice kebab.

Amazing restaurant.

Staff was very polite and friendly. The food was very delicious . Location is clean and nice. Menu is traditional . All was amazing.

Tourists doesn't seem to be welcome !

Staff not very friendly like if they are fed up of tourists...if they don't want to prepare the cooking they have to change their job !

Cozy and nice atmosphere

Perfect for the moment. We wanted to have nice cozy and bit calmer place for the midday pause. This place was perfect. We took only drinks, but other people were eating.

Pleasant central place

Late dinner and a nice surprise for my first Turkish meal. Even though the meals seem to be frozen, the quality is there, the place itself is quite cozy and very impressive thanks to its underground ruins, the staff is swift and pleasant. Good experience...

I discovered this restorant by accident but I got I love with it. All I order here was excellent: pide, kebab, kunefe, narghile. Lively Fun Traditional Restaurant

My wife and I had dinner here on 01/06/2023. Lovely aubergine dip for starter, kebab and sea bass for mains with mojito cocktails. The place is beautiful and very comfortable and relaxed.

The Gem in the crown that is Istanbul

This is by far the best restaurant I have been to in Istanbul. Been here for 8 days, discovered Palatium on day 2 , and have eaten here most nights, and stopped by for Shisha and drinks on the nights I ate elsewhere. The staff...are amazing and friendly, the food is always top notch, and the prices are good for the type of establishment…. Even after the prices went up due to new financial year. Can’t recommend this place enough, and am sad I won’t be able to stop by more often, once I return to the UK.More
