The place is nice with its decoration. The waiters are not educated people in gastronomy so they really don't know how to treat properly to the customers. Anyway, that's the manager's issue to give some education on this matter to their coworkers. The beer prices...are reasonable compare to neighbour bar called Populist. If you want to drink beer in Bomonti Ada I suggest you to go Monochrome while here 50 cl beer is 30 TL, but in Populist 30 cl beer is 30 TL. We wanted some snacks/nuts ("kuruyemis") and mostly it was filled with roasted chickpea and they charged 15 TL for it. I think it is overpriced (see a photo that I uploaded). Normally it should be free of charge! Anyway, the place is average and nothing special.More

We ate here nearly every single evening as the food was fantastic. The prices were really reasonable, especially considering what you get for your money, staff were lovely and the whole experience was fantastic. Will return to eat there when back in this fabulous city.

With black and white (monochrome) Istanbul photos of legendary late Ara Guler on the walls, this brasserie in the restored ex-beer factory offers the best hamburger I have tasted. With caramelized onion and artfully seasoned beef it deserves the trip to this not easily located...place.More

Sisli
