All reviews brunch eggs benedict pork bread salad three flights of stairs turkish breakfast waiting for a table daily menu nice view long wait amazing atmosphere sit outside very nice place the food is great bebek bosphorus
The place where the restaurant is situated is so far from all other places in Istanbul (being in Bebek). It was 40 minutes drive by taxi from Besiktas area.
Food was ok but nothing special. The view of the river I must admit was nice...More
The area is uptown chic, however for that style I have a preference for Nisantasi. Anyhow, it is a nice place, good view, always crowded, they don’t make reservations for breakfast or brunch. European food, hip and posh crowd. Not bad overall
It's a very simple place, but as usual in Istanbul, facing the sea and giving a charming moment. Very gorgeous. The food is very good. Very nice for young people, and perfect for a coffee or a dessert and discussions.
... located with a fantastic view of the Bosphorous in Bebek .. you need to climb the steps up to get there .. but when you do.. cool place.. we had breakfast .. omelette and menemen .. good food, good service, good value .. check...More
We have a dinner rezervation for two, they showed our table and we set. The tables are so small and our dishes and drinks were barely fitted to table. The receptionist took 4 people next to our table just for coffee and also the table...More
We tried mangerie over breakfast, we had their set menu of small portions of different items which were absolutely delicious.. I would say that having an evening coffee or drink would be beautiful for their view.
It’s very nice cozy place have a lovely view of recommend you to visit if you wanna have a nice view with coffee , drink or maybe light lunch they have nice salad options.
I enjoyed sitting in terrace facing the blue water.
Let me start by saying that it is NOT kid friendly. We had an 18 month old toddler and so getting him and the stroller up was quite a challenge but it was a beautiful surprise. It felt like visiting a friend or a family...More
I really love the location of Mangerie as well as their food, but i'm afraid i will not be going back or recommending this place again. The manager was extremely rude and unfriendly and thought nothing of being impolite and arrogant towards us...all because i...More
In Besiktas, skyscrapers compete with palaces for space in an upscale vista replete with hilly green parkland filling in the margins. Step into this rather wealthy neighborhood and discover a rich mix of opportunities to shop, dine, and be entertained. For folks in search of urban buzz, not to mention a constant reminder of just how important Istanbul’s waterways are to its rich history, there's the
frenetic Besiktas ferry terminal or the city’s most vibrant fish market to explore. For a timeout of metropolitan proportions, head to the bucolic Yildiz Park or the chic Bosphorus-side fishing village of Ortakoy. Attractions such as the grandiose Dolmabahce Palace and a bevy of other stately residences await admiration. To be sure, this large and not overly touristy swath of Istanbul yields plenty of pleasure for all.
