First i must say I read some of the comments and they are rather unfair. Firstly they have wifi. I use it every time I visit for meals. The person who commented that they had no wifi for her to do her work online is rather unfair. It is a restaurant not a coffee shop for sitting and using free wifi. Secondly the staff is super friendly and attentive as most people in Tajikstan are. Thirdly, the food is always tasty and well prepared. I eat at this restaurant at least once every day in my vacation. Lastly the washroom is always clean.

A fast food joint popular with young crowds and locals. Located near sprawling Freedom Square, this food joint offer variety of Pizzas and Pasta. With swanky ambience, this place can be visited for a fast bite.

As the name hints, pizza and pasta is what you get here. Pizza was good and price more reasonable than in some other places, but waiting time was quite long, and the place gets quite noisy as it is one big open space with little in terms of softening the noise levels. But still, for pizza, probably our favourite.

We were kindly received by the staff. Even the owner came to the table and talked about the history of his business. The pizzas were tasty and well filled. I can't make a comparison of other restaurants in Dushanbe, but the quality of the food and service was just good. And the owner is a nice friendly man.

I ordered one "super family"-size mushroom pizza. Waiter objected on the grounds that I was solo (with the implication that it would be "impossible" for one person to eat the pizza in its entirety). After much back and forth, he relented and placed my order. As you can see, the radius of the "super family"-size pizza is the length of a standard fork))) The dough was fine except for the edges of two slices that were burned; I cut those burnt crusts off. At least the bottom of the pizza was not burnt. Unfortunately, the quantity of mushroom was small and insufficient; very stingy. Individual pieces of mushroom where not slices of a whole mushroom but bits of slices making for very small pieces. At least there was mozzarella cheese but the quantity again lagged (although not to the extent of the before-mentioned mushroom deficiency). I think Bella Pizza uses quality ingredients just that the quantity used of these ingredients is parsimonious. In short, for 132 somoni before service charge (10%), the customer gets oven-baked dough in the main. I would have preferred to have paid more money, say 185 somoni, and have gotten a pizza with more of the ingredients I would expect on a pizza. The "family"-size pizza is about the size of a standard pizza in New York or a large pizza in the Arabian Gulf. Bella Pizza apparently serves regular crust, not thin crust, pizza. [With respect to which type of crust, I am indifferent.]
I waited about 20 minutes for the pizza. That was totally acceptable.
There were no condiments on the table. I brought my own crushed red chili pepper and mix white/red/black peppercorns that I crushed and distributed on top of the pizza. The supplied knife had a dull blade, with hardly any serration, and cutting the pizza was accordingly a chore.
I thought the ambiance was pleasant.
I wanted a change from beef/lamb/chicken that I am eating in substantial quantities every day: beef/lamb at Tajiki and Afghani restaurants and lamb/chicken at Indian and Iranian restaurants. After this "pizza," suffice it to say, I shall just stick toTajiki/Afghani/Indian/Iranian restaurants and defer pizza till I am in a different country. For the money I spent (160 somoni) I could have had a much more nutritious meal at a local establishment; e.g., for 140 somoni, I could have obtained four portions of beef plov plus salad and yoghurt and free tea at chaikhona "Oshno" on Loika Sherali street.

I went in to use their internet and have quiet space to do some work - as directed by their manager from their other cafe beside at the National Library. However, I've found out - they don't have Wi-Fi and the place is loud - they play loud music (in the afternoon). Thus, I decided to do my work and ordered cocktails - they only served me two and charged me 3. It took them a very long time to deliver one of each :/ they couldn't care who was waiting... I complained about the bill but they don't seem to.. If I had not rushed for my appointment, I would have stayed and asked for video footage and corrected their misconduct, especially for tourists/visitors like me!!

The worst pasta I've ever tasted: overcooked pasta and the cheapest cheese, sour mushrooms. Also took the caprese salad, well, it was kinda okey, tasty tomatoes, but strange sauce and cheese (didn't make it bad, only strange).

Great food, especially the traditional bread. And great service by all staff. The salads and pizzas are great too.

this is a great location right in the center of Dushanbe. The pizza and salad were surprisingly good. It was a little disappointing that there were no chicken wings available, nor was the Mexican pizza available, but server was very good.

Great pizza, the best in Dushanbe, beautiful interior, fast and friendly service, with a few specialities like Snickers pizza. Had it the first time in my life.

Anyone who would review this place poorly either doesn’t know what good pizza is or doesn’t understand what it takes to run a professional business in Tajikistan. I take guests from the USA here all the time and they are always impressed with the quality of the food. In addition to the delicious food, this is a company that continues to improve rather than decline, which is rare here. Even more rare is a company that treats their employees with respect like Bella’s does. (For instance, paying them on time and not making them work late because someone showed up late)

Their administrator refused to provide a pizza to 3-years old crying baby girl 20 minutes prior to closing referring that pizza takes 25 minutes to be cooked! She was utterly rude and didn't care about a hungry baby crying for pizza! I find it inhumane attitude not just towards a customer but towards a little human being!

One of the better pizza options in Dushanbe. It's hard to get a pizza together that tastes like something you could get in Europe or the US, but they do a pretty good job getting as close as possible. They have a good variety of options and are very affordable, especially considering the quality they can deliver.

It is also a restaurant, but I ordered. Service and delivery were fine and cheap, but the pizza itself could have had a bit more of an Italian finish, a more crispy dough. Maybe the restaurant version is better.
