Best India Food Ever!

This is my favorite Indian restaurant that I have ever visited. It has a nice feel when you walk in and tables are separated by curtains. The waitress was excellent and spoke English well enough to get our order accurate. The food is excellent. The curry dishes have different levels of heat... read more

There are some Indian restaurants elsewhere in the world with better food than Hazara. However Hazara is very good indeed. If it were in our neighborhood we would eat there often. To find it in Ulaanbaatar when one is desperate for food with complex taste is a godsend. There was a little bit of a delay in ordering but once... More

I had a delicious meal in a warm ambiance at Hazara. I have been coming to Mongolia for several years, and this has been my most enjoyable meal to date. I was pleased to see a vast array of vegetarian and even some vegan options on the menu. Staff were friendly and portions were generous.

Came here for a meal based on recommendation and thoroughly enjoyed it. The atmosphere and decor is excellent. Food also very good with a great choice of local and more familiar curries. The Naan breads were especially delicious. Would definitely recommend it and hope to be coming back here on my next trip

We are in Ulaanbaatar on a business trip and looking for an Indian restaurant for some good Indian food. We came across Hazara. It is a good Indian restaurant with nice décor, helpful staff and good food. It is quite famous and taxi drivers can drop without difficulty. We ordered Butter Chicken, Chhole, Basket roti (variety of rotis), chhas &... More

It is an easy restaurant to find as it is behind the wrestling palace. The ambiance and food are great. We order two types of curry dishes with a basket of naan. However, the portion sizes for entrées are small for the price.

We wanted to have a special evening for my birthday and the chef at Shangri-la recommended this restaurant. We were quite impressed with the traditional Rajahstani decor and good choice of dishes. We were a bit sceptical about the taste but to our great surprise and satisfaction that it tasted as good as any top North Indian restaurant in India.... More

Service at Hazara was great, as it was crowded I thought I could not find a seat for me and my family, but in no time we were seated by the staff. The Rajasthani ambience made it feel like we were back in our hometown in India. There was slight Indian music playing in the background which kept the atmosphere... More
