Great Tex Mex. If you need a break from Asian fare, Ban Gai is perfect. Small and clean, the food is tasty and fresh. Margaritas are not too bad either.

Ban Gai is a great place to have in the neighborhood. Some favorites include the burritos and enchiladas, the stir fries are decent too. The downsides are lack of consistency and it keeps getting more expensive without a noticeable increase in quality or quantity. The enchiladas for example are about 10 USD but for me isn't enough food for a... More

This once great Mexican took a nose dive. It's under new ownership and seems to be getting better, though it has a way to go to get back to how it was. The service was OK and the food was fine, if not great.

Went here for lunch and ordered a supreme nacho. It was disgusting! This restaurant failed at it's attempt to cook Mexican food...

I have eaten here several times but have noticed a significant change in food and customer service. The previous owner and the food was of a high standard. However the restaurant is under new ownership and the standard has dropped significantly. The food was very salty, corn chips were soft and the burritos chicken was cold and the mice meat... More

Very friendly wait staff and new owner Glen is very nice and helpful. However the food is a bit disappointing. We ordered "queso and chips" (exactly as listed on the menu) as a starter and when salsa was brought out instead, we nicely asked Glen if we could get queso and not salsa. He looked at us and said "well... More

I had dinner here and had the curry chicken on the Lao menu with sticky rice and it was delicious and really affordable. The service was also good. I did not try the Tex Mex but the pictures on the menu made the food look delicious.
