Coco & Co is a western orientated restaurant catering mainly for the tourists and ex pat community. Excellent soft drinks and coffee - a meal of the day option (two choices daily) - comfortable and tasteful surroundingss. Prices are about avaerage for this kind of...place. Service is good and staff friendly. Just happy to know where to be able to eat "pure" vegetarian food.More

Loved the vegetarian options. Best breakfast in Vientiane that I had a number of times during our 5 day stay. The avocado on toast and Vietnamese drop coffee was superb.

Very abrupt and rude service. The cake was mediocre and quite expensive as well. We won’t return here again.

We came here everyday of our 3 day visit, such a nice atmosphere inside, quiet, relaxed and no music. The staff are lovely, smiling and helpful. The tofu scramble was excellent and a generous portion too, the vegan cakes were also rich and delicious. Would...recommend!More

Came here for breakfast while in Vientiane and was so happy! Nice staff who speak good English and know what’s vegan on the menu. We had the tofu scramble and avocado on toast and both were brilliant - ripe avocados, seasoned well and lots of...flavor! They offer soy and almond milk. Vegan sweets on offer also - cookies and cake. They have free WiFi and terrace seating. The perfect vegan breakfast in Vientiane!More

Staff very nice and good English! They understood what vegan was and pointed out the dishes that were suitable! We had the avocado on toast on the vegan bread and tofu scramble! It was so tasty and well presented. The menu was really good and...also had vegan pancakes and soup along with a good few other choice and they also had vegan cake and cookies! The coffee was really nice with soy milk available also. Would definitely return! Has WiFi and seating outsideMore

I walking around mid-afternoon to get a coffee and pastry, I had been to Joma (which is nearby) for breakfast, so wanted to try somewhere else (as I'm not a fan of dark roast coffee which is what Joma serves). I stuck my head the...shop next door to Coco & Co (which is Le Trio) and asked about the coffee. I mentioned I liked medium roast and was thinking about ordering a strong Cafe Americano. But in discussing coffee, and that they use medium roast beans I switched my order to a cappuccino - a leap of faith as I have found few cafes in Asia that made a decent one. After I ordered they explained I can sit next door in their sister shop, Coco & Co., which I did and while waiting for my Cappuccino ordered a carrot cake. To my surprise I was not disappointed with either! The carrot cake was yummy and the Cappuccino was pretty darn good -- maybe one or two best cappuccinos I've head outside of Manhattan’s Little Italy (though anyone would have a higher climb to reach the heights of those cappuccinos. As they also have food items and other drinks I’d like to try, it’s the coffee drinks from Le Trio that are due for a repeat visit.More

I looked for this place after it was recommended by another traveler. It was a great space to chill out and read a book, with quirky vintage decor. The food and drink were delicious at a reasonable price. I lover the quiche and the waffle...with ice cream. I am afraid I am not an expert on vegan food so can't comment on the authenticity just that it was very tasty. The staff are very friendly. There is even a gift shop on the upper level. I do . recommend it if you happen to be in VientianeMore

You have read the reviews. People have complained it is not vegan. You are in Laos! There are things in the menu that are vegan but for a non vegan vegetarian my daughter and I loved this. We chose a set menu and shared it...and for 45,000 I think that is excellent value for money. We had mushroom soup, a chargrilled vegetables and cheese (so not vegan) foccacia, delicious papaya salad and yummy mango. Seriously great value we could not finish the food. The staff are super friendly and I loved the vibe both upstairs and down. Highly recommended.More
