The food was delicious here. We purchased one Set B (Miso, Fried Chicken, Fried Rice, & Wontons) & one Set F (Soy Ramen, Fried Rice, Wontons). The servers were very welcoming & ready to help. The music selection of only Beatles was entertaining & enjoyable.

This is one of the best japanese noodle joints in town. I go there regularly. Pricing is reasonable too. The only negative point is that they allow smoking in this place. Which is very unpleasant when eating.
Not easy to find good Ramen in Phnom Penh and I have my cravings for Ramen. This is one of my spots. I highly recommend getting the three soup Ramen and doing an additional bamboo shoots which comes with seaweed. Throw that in, quite good.
This was my third and final visit to Shangrila. The restaurant is in an area which was a bit out of the way for visitors but is not far from some major hotels and also seems to get its share of Japanese businessmen.
