I have ordered take-away from Viva quite a few times and really enjoyed it (especially the carne asada. mmm...). So we went there for a real visit. The staff is amazingly friendly and knowledgeable about their menu, there is an AC room for those scorching days - and of course the food is really good, and amazingly cheap when considering... Can't believe how good the food was here! Honestly was amazing. I would definitely recommend the fajitas and steak. There is also a great selection of vegetarian options. Will definitely be coming again especially as the beer is $0.75!

I have eaten here many times at both locations in Siem Reap and Phnom Penh and feel there is strong consistency. A few times portions have come out smaller than usual but usually portions are very big and I can't remember being disappointed with the food. The best dishes by far are the chimichangas and the fajitas. When I go... More

Great location for people-watching. The Mexican food is decent. I had the vegetarian fajitas - fresh, hot and tasty.

Good location opposite the riverside quay, casual basic seating, very good service, cheap draft beer--3$/pitcher chilled to perfection, the nachos and quesadillas aren't bad-- it's just that the Taqueria Corona on Pasteur street is a lot better-- big portions and more authentic.

Viva's got great cocktails but forget the food unless you like to taste it until the next day.... I ordered Enchiladas and it came dripping in grease and was obviously re-heated in a microwave oven. I could not eat it and had it send back. The manager became really aggressive and wanted to fight over my complaints..threatened me and called... More

Great food, great place..staff really friendly and was really cheap! We had the amok (like Thai green curry) and pineapple fried rice with a coke and water for $11.

Viva is a good option if you want non-Asian food as it's good value for money and tasty. The menu is varied and the drinks are cheap. Between my boyfriend and I we had potato skins (hot!), tacos (very fresh) and a burrito (delicious). About $12 between us. In a good location on the riverside. If you want better Mexican... More

I love Mexican food and I always visit a Mexican at home (England) that I thought was one of the best places I'd eaten until I ate here. It was the best Mexican food my boyfriend and I had ever eaten. Service was excellent. Had a great evening for a very reasonable price.

I have nothing bad to stay about vivas food. I have been eating here in small groups for years. But the service and competence of the staff reminds me of a dealing with a corrupt official on an international border.
