Escape the hustle and bustle of the riverfront for a cool but tourist price drink. The sugar/salt/garlic/chilli seasoned nuts are delicious. Food looks over priced, touristy and pretty ordinary.

Went here for a happy hour drink (2 for 1) with the idea we would have dinner. After checking the menu ended up leaving and going to a Khmer restaurant that was a lot cheaper. Glad I had a drink there but it was over our budget to eat there!

The menu is varied (which is great) and the food is OK (not great) but the location and history are what makes it worth the visit. It was fun to read the stories and view the pictures on the walls (even though much of the history is so sad). The location is great (it has a view of the Mekong... More

Great great place to eat and enjoy meeting new people with many events held in Fcc. Located in the tourist hot spot. You can't miss this place due it French Colonia style building. Food and Drink are amazing plus they also provide a room to stay. If you don't mind spending for a great holiday. Just too popular too miss.

The only good about this restaurant is its location where you can enjoy the view of the Mekong River. The food quality was very poor and expensive as well as the drinks. The place is full of expats and crowded in the evening. It used to be a good place but the is run down and definitely NOT recommended.

My husband really wanted to go here for drinks and dinner and to check out the history on the walls. We went upstairs and got a table with a view overlooking the river and had a drink. We decided we would stay and have dinner. The staff were almost tripping over each other to serve us. It seems that each... More

a great place to come and chill have a coffee have a shake or a beer and get yourself away from the riverside restraunts and the never ending gazes of the tuk tuks and vendors.I enjoy looking at the historical pictures in and around the premises and the historical aspects of the building.I do not come here to eat

After 10 years in Phnom Penh and been the regular customer since, here what I think. It used to be the favourite place for foreigners to come for a drink, eat and enjoy the view of the river. There was always a friendly service here to make you feel like home, the staffs knew us well, we often see the... More

The place is famous in travel books and it's just for the decor, not for what you can eat and drink! It's a money making machine ! Ordered a super expensive glass of wine (6 USD), just to drink a poor 3rd rank wine. Asian food was a joke as completely tasteless and again overprices. There are now so many... More

We arrived here as part of a tour group to find the place packed! Its three floors tall and we went up the narrow stairs to the top floor, where there were some tables and we sat down for the quite limited menu. Have a steak! but I don't eat steak, we will get you fish! Vegetarian? Pasta time! O... More

FCC Phnom Penh Restaurant and Bar - Casual open-air dining on the MekongWith a passion for fusion cuisine, FCC group chef has created the FCC menu, introducing generous flourishes of traditional Khmer flavors spiked with funky French influences. While the menu is still built on FCC main-stays such as beer-battered fish and chips, deli-fresh sandwhiches, and wood-fired pizzas, the heart of the menu remains a finely crafted blend of Asian, Mediterranean and Western-influenced flavours. The BarThe "F", as those know to frequent the big horseshoe bar call it, has served stiff drinks, camaraderie and comfort to a storied cast of journalists and diplomats, movie stars and intrepid travellers since 1993.Back then, when The "F" first opened its doors, the bar gave shelter from the gritty and tense streets of the capital, where an uneasy peace was just taking hold. Writers and their sources traded secrets in the shadows. Diplomats drank their per diems, swapped social strategies and spilled their martinis.Today, the bar still serves a stiff extra-dry, and the journos still pass through on the great hunt. The tension is gone. But there's still plenty of action, and the liquor, on occasion, still gets spilled.Open Daily 7:00 a.m. - MidnightHappy Hour 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
