This is where you go for a drink with your visitors. This is as place where imaginations and seriousness meets. Enjoying a drink and the Riverside. The service needs improvements and is in danger of "living off" tourism and neglecting its fine heritage and historical responsibility. New Managment has work to do and hopes are up.

While the location is great - everything else about this venue is lacklustre. I was served room temperature soup and the staff tried to tell me that it is not supposed to be hot. Long story short, overpriced & terrible food, rude & inattentive staff and the pool table was absolutely shocking.

What a super spot for sunset cocktails whilst sitting on the balcony of the top floor overlooking the mighty and muddy Mekong river in this historic and grand old watering hole and restuarant from a bygone era. Happy hour prices are pretty good too!

The location on the banks of the mighty Mekong is really nice. Especially at sunset and at night (during daytime the Mekong just doesn't look like much. The bar itself is really nice and has multiple levels (don't know if its wheelchair accesible) both offering very nice views over the Mekong and the boulevard. Cocktails are cold and good but... If you are into history the the FCC has some background, the food is overpriced and less then wonderful. Nothing to rush out and go visit for sure. I do not mind paying a high price for service or good eats, but when the service is average and the food as average then no point paying for that.

Good happy hours & great views over the river as the sun sets. Popular in late afternoons so sometimes difficult to get a good seat.

I'm not really into top tourist spots, but I decided to check this place out on my last trip to PP. They had a two for one special during happy hour on mojitos and the bartenders did a very nice job on these. Damn good as a matter of fact. The view is nice and I was pretty happy just... More

I did not find anything interesting. Food was "no complaints", but I wasn't thrilled at all. I'd say the place is just the name. A little pricey to be best value.

The FCC has an amazing view of the Riverside. It has good drinks, good value for their money, and overall a very nice environment. Its a good place to have a drink and get a nice view of Phnom Penh!

Description
FCC Phnom Penh Restaurant and Bar - Casual open-air dining on the MekongWith a passion for fusion cuisine, FCC group chef has created the FCC menu, introducing generous flourishes of traditional Khmer flavors spiked with funky French influences. While the menu is still built on FCC main-stays such as beer-battered fish and chips, deli-fresh sandwhiches, and wood-fired pizzas, the heart of the menu remains a finely crafted blend of Asian, Mediterranean and Western-influenced flavours. The BarThe "F", as those know to frequent the big horseshoe bar call it, has served stiff drinks, camaraderie and comfort to a storied cast of journalists and diplomats, movie stars and intrepid travellers since 1993.Back then, when The "F" first opened its doors, the bar gave shelter from the gritty and tense streets of the capital, where an uneasy peace was just taking hold. Writers and their sources traded secrets in the shadows. Diplomats drank their per diems, swapped social strategies and spilled their martinis.Today, the bar still serves a stiff extra-dry, and the journos still pass through on the great hunt. The tension is gone. But there's still plenty of action, and the liquor, on occasion, still gets spilled.Open Daily 7:00 a.m. - MidnightHappy Hour 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
