Go to the rooftop bar and reminisce on what it could have been like during the height of the war when Foreign correspondents hung out here. Known for happy hour cocktails (5-7pm). Read the signs throughout the bar, gives a good appreciation of what it must have been like back then.

The Foreign correspondence club was difficult to spot from the outside as only shown by initials and upstairs, however once inside you will not be disappointed. The colonial surroundings give a cool and peaceful atmosphere. The cocktails were great and food amazing although a little more expensive than other places. The FCC was well worth a visit.

I had the Pad Thai Noodles and a couple of local beers. Service is great, very friendly. A couple of stairs to climb, but worth the hike!

The FCC in Phnom Penh is right on Sisowath Quay with excellent views over the river and the bustling streets below. A lovely spot for a glass of wine and a meal. The view from the rear terraces is also worth a visit.

Second time during my 5 days trip in Cambodia. It's a place where you can capture the perfect sunset of Phnom Penh. Service is good, coffee is good. Lots of tourists can here because it's the former base of journalists during the war.

Went there twice during my stay at PP as I love the building. The flank steak was really good but not the pizza...already asked the waitress to make the pizza extra crispy but it still came out soggy. The service was nice and the location was the best view to the river. Pls also go to the back of the... More

We only experienced the bar - not restaurant but even spending time at the bar gave us a feeling of being where history had happened. Excellent G+T made with a twist of Kampot Pepper.

Location of the FCC is EXCELLENT. Overlooking the river from the second floor on Sisowath Quay. Interior nicely laid out. Has been around since the nineties when UNTAC was present in Cambodia as I have been visiting Phnom Penh regularly if you can believe it, since 1985, and this is NO joke! I can prove it with my many passports.... More

FCC Phnom Penh Restaurant and Bar - Casual open-air dining on the MekongWith a passion for fusion cuisine, FCC group chef has created the FCC menu, introducing generous flourishes of traditional Khmer flavors spiked with funky French influences. While the menu is still built on FCC main-stays such as beer-battered fish and chips, deli-fresh sandwhiches, and wood-fired pizzas, the heart of the menu remains a finely crafted blend of Asian, Mediterranean and Western-influenced flavours. The BarThe "F", as those know to frequent the big horseshoe bar call it, has served stiff drinks, camaraderie and comfort to a storied cast of journalists and diplomats, movie stars and intrepid travellers since 1993.Back then, when The "F" first opened its doors, the bar gave shelter from the gritty and tense streets of the capital, where an uneasy peace was just taking hold. Writers and their sources traded secrets in the shadows. Diplomats drank their per diems, swapped social strategies and spilled their martinis.Today, the bar still serves a stiff extra-dry, and the journos still pass through on the great hunt. The tension is gone. But there's still plenty of action, and the liquor, on occasion, still gets spilled.Open Daily 7:00 a.m. - MidnightHappy Hour 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
