My mouth is salivating as I think about this place... Was in the mood for some steak. Perfectly cooked medium rare steak with delicious side dishes of mashed potatoes and pan-seared asparagus. Wait staff extremely attentive and polite. The one thing I will say is that the bathrooms can smell a little better but that's not enough to knock down... More

It's Topaz, its expensive, but there is a reason for that: it's worth it! You get what you pay for. As you would expect the sides, steaks, and everything else is on point. Though service was a tad slow due to the multitudes of customers, they performed well. We did wait a bit between meals but those dishes were so... More

You wouldn't believe that a poor country like Cambodia would have a high-end restaurant like this but I am sure that the local riches - like everywhere in the world are fond of a restaurant like this. Let's make one thing clear, we are not included in the category of the filthy riches but fortunately we decided to threat ourselves... More

The best steak tartar I ever had in my life. They prepare the whole thing in front of you. The French onion soup was to die for. The restaurant is very posh yet with a casual atmosphere. Service was amazing. Highly recommended!!!!

When dining at fine dining restaurants you're always after a special experience. Topaz is a beautiful and modern French restaurant. The menu was extensive and the food was beautiful. The atmosphere was great and the restaurant decor is lovely. The service was impressive but I just feel there was something lacking in terms of the price you pay and the... More

The rib-eye was recommended and was fantastic. It was perfectly cooked to my liking and was a nice, marbled cut. Two sides were received. The mashed potatoes were delivered cold. I ask for a replacement bowl and receive a serving at a slightly higher temperature. The creamed spinach was fresh, not overly saturated with cream. One of the highlights of... More

Very polite and friendly service and most importantly, the food is amazing. The medium rare lamb was cooked to perfection. The seafood chowder was flavourful too and I secretly wished for another bowl! My only annoyance was that time between each dish. Perhaps they were understaffed that day.

Dinning in a French restaurant you expect to pay premium, get fantastic food and be served by a pretentious server. At Topaz you get two out of three. The food was excellent, service was superb and ... it was pricey.
