I had a really nice set dinner with a local colleague who invited me here; it was really quite excellent all around, and I like it very much if set menus include premium stuff. The service - well it's PP; the atmosphere is also more fine than spectacular. But I really enjoyed the food, and the generous, extremely au point filet with a delicous genuine mushroom sauce was world class. Starter was grand as well. So it was a great evening and the food was memorable; what more could you want?

VERY GOOD BREAKFAST

We thought we would just order a-la-carte but the all you can eat drinks and food for $11.90 seemed a bargain so we opted for that. The quality of the food is fabulous, coffee is good and their juices are beautiful. We had museli, their home made yoghurt (was absolutely yummy) a chocolate pastry, mango juice, coffees and our main breakfasts. Could not fault a thing the eggs benedict were cooked to perfection and the hollandaise was lovely and tasty. My husband opted for the English breakfast which he thoroughly enjoyed as well, two eggs, ham, baked beans, black pudding, potato...sooo good! All served with a complimentary basket of gorgeous baguette. Their mango juice was the real deal and was nearly a meal in itself. We would highly recommend and will definitely come back.

A Memorable Family Dining Experience

We went for the Free Flow Lunch to celebrate a family occasion (wedding anniversary). The online reservation on their website was easy to use and the reservation confirmation was immediate. The Free Flow Lunch menu consisted of a variety of vegetarian and meat (poultry, fish) dishes as well as pasta. The pumpkin soup was simply delicious and so were the mains. As there were 4 of us, we tried all the options. Dessert was also a delight, especially the choice of cakes. A pleasant surprise was a Happy Anniversary dessert from the restaurant. All in, a memorable and meaningful family experience.

Very fresh juice but disappointing pastries

The main purpose of the visit is the free flow breakfast as my hubby loves pastries a lot. However, it disappointed us as the pastries are cold... It’s well understood as they are under air con and even if they are freshly made, they are cold when served. Suggest there’s an oven/ service to warm it before served. Or else, the croissants taste very oily (and they made my hands oily after holding them) and other pastries are as cold as they were taken out from a fridge... Overall, I still rate this restaurant 4 out of 5 because of its nice environment, friendly staff and fresh juice. Except passion fruit, all (water melon, organgw and apple juice) are freshly made. Eggs Benedict and sunny side up eggs are cooked well, but the eggs lack the egg favor. Maybe it’s because of the source of eggs... The bacon next to the eggs is unexpectedly crispy which is great.

Best Breakfast in Phnom Penh !!

Absolutely the best breakfast and best value in Phnom Penh. The free flow breakfast allows you to order anything on the menu in an unlimited amount, as much as you want at a very reasonable price; fresh squeezed orange juice, steamed hot chocolate, coffee ten different ways, eggs Benedict, incredible French pastries, healthy yogurt, fresh fruit, French banquets, white table linens, impeccable service - a true fine dining experience !!

Buffet Dinner Hit TheSpot

Been here before on this trip to Cambodia but never knew about this special spread. Simple yet a good selection of foods with focus on cold cuts. Backed up with a small support of a cheeseboard and a variety of salads together with nice deserts which I had no room for by that stage. Staff bring round a small basket of bread and even better till, includes free flow wine. I had the white and it was drinkable. Overall enjoyed it very much, thought it good value for $25 per person all up.

Horrible experience. Leaving with a big bill and empty stomach. I ordered a café de Paris that came cold and has nothing to do with any descent meat that I had. This is not my first disappointing experience at Khema. Take off the café de Paris off your menu if you have no idea how to serve it. the service was so immature and we were left for half an hour with no notion of interest and when I called the waitress she seemed annoyed that we needed service… how you dare call me… anyhow .. that’s a glimpse of this experience that I regret in all means,.

Super Free Flow lunch special

Between 2 persons we ate 2 starters, 3 main courses, 3 desserts and fresh baguette. There is a good choice on the special menu which included unlimited still table water and a selection of coffee and teas. ( with Vat and service US $34.13) .The food was exceptional in a beautiful venue with superb service. We will definitely visit their venue in Siem Reap.

An error with my change

Myself and one other table diners for which arrived 10 mins prior to my departure. So under no pressure for the staff yet actions upon bill payment left a very sour taste upon completion. My bill totalled USD35.86 and I paid with USD100 note and was returned change of a USD50 plus KHR16,000 plus shrapnel which immediately didn’t seem right. A quick mental conversion and I calculated to be USD10 short so called over another staff member and simply put it to them that it didn’t look correct could they review. She took the bill to the young male cashier (not the currency change mind you) and returned laughingly saying he forgot to give me the USD10 note which se then handed me. I said nothing more, she apologised, restated that he forgot and I left. I have a terrible feeling about this and am quite sad it happened at what is otherwise a fine place.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful dinner. The cuisine is classic French (we had steak frites Cafe de Paris) and the ambiance is tasteful with white tablecloths, beautiful china and a peaceful atmosphere. Definitely recommended.

Excellent value all you can enjoy lunch

I asked for small portion so that I can try more dishes. Waitress told me all 1 size. Yummy food. Presentation of the starts, salads and dessert was good and artistic. However, the main courses were presented plainly. Service of staff was above average and efficient. The only negative point at this restaurant is its dusty curtains. There were stains on the curtains, too. We sat next to the window.
