Food is okay if you okay with msg. Waiters are friendly. Environment is okay. Checkout the 2nd floor.

Although Phnom Penh is full of amazing cafés and restaurants, this one is simply my favourite! Go uspstairs and enjoy the view on Sihanouk boulevard while sipping on a delicious lime juice or enjoy their famous veggie burger; I'm not a vegetarian yet it's the best burger I've ever had!

I went twice to Java. It was a place to cool off and get lunch, a dinner or pancakes. It has a casual hang out together section in back. It has a cute area for young children. The restroom is great - important feature in Cambodia. And the wi-fi is great. The staff and food are excellent. Sandwiches and mango... More

Pleasant atmosphere with two different rooms. Art conferences and gallery openings. Artist hang out. Good sandwiches. Good brunches.

To be honest never had a problem with this place, that is, until the last time I went. The waitress flat out refused to get another bit of bread so that the bagel I ordered was a closed bagel, so i could eat it with my hands. If she doesn't want to be a waitress she shouldn't be working there.... More

My husband and I usually only make it here for breakfast, but we love the beautiful atmosphere of the upstairs balcony. The food is good, not the best we've had, but good and satisfying :) .....we mostly go for the atmosphere :)

Actually we used to go there sometimes. Except for one pasta dish that was expensive but just not tasty at all I liked it. However today I got a herb-chive cream cheese bagel. I had this dish many times so I know how it's supposed to be and half of it was fine but the second half was just not... More

This one is right at the square, overlooking a monument and it is really pleasant to sit on the balcony where you can easily spend hours. There is a great selection of teas, coffees and health drinks and the breakfast is also very good. Just a bit pricier than average.
