Great place, worthwhile cause

Arrived around 1pm. Place was very busy and had to queue but not for long. Food was fantastic and good price. Wouldn't quite call it "tapas" as westerners might know it. Portions were big. I had Burmese Chicken curry which was delicious and not too spicy. The Belgian chocolate and salted caramel... read more

Had heard of the great work of this establishment from a few people so thought I'd try it out. I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and food at Friends and the service was also excellent. They sell a fusion of Asian and western dishes and they have a particularly strong vegetarian section. Well worth a visit for the food alone and... More

I suppose this is a must for people visiting Phnom Penh and it is all for a good cause, but clearly this place has gone commercial. Food is just ok for tourists but is a bit boring for locals.

I love tapas. Suits my tummy . The food was extremely tasty. The service was quick but the staff should smile more. We did get a smile out of our waitress when we told her how delicious it was. Definitely worth a visit. The restaurant was busy & if you are more than 2 - would recommend you book.

There is seating inside and outside under covered fairy lights. Booked in advance online as very popular. Western and Khmer style tapas with daily specials and deserts. Food and drinks nicely presented and menu describes size of dishes. Very reasonably priced ie. One dish suitable for most appetites and at only $5 per tapas dish very good value. With drinks,... We had lunch 2 families with little children. Good food. Good service. They even brought some toys for the kids to play with while we waited for food. Highly recommended lunch choice.

Friends Is a great place to eat. The food is always fresh and they have a good menu. The story of the organization that runs it is so interesting and the young people working there are inspiring once you understand the mission of the organization. If your in Phnom Penh you should eat there and support them if at all... More

Great restaurant with delicious food. The flavours were interesting and food felt fresh. Good selection of vegetarian food! This was just as good as many of the 'real' restaurants we went to. Definately worth a visit!
