Consistent quality, with a smile

I was living in Phnom Penh for a few months with friends, and we were always in Jars of Clay - we always knew we would be greeted with a big smile, we would be served in good time and with good quality food and drinks, plus we could make use of the wifi! Just arrived in Phnom Penh and spotted this place wasn't far from our hotel. Decent sized breakfast for $4 and yummy coffee.

If you are missing western food you can get some good old favourites here including lasagne and schnitzel and cottage pie type dishes. Asian food is also very tasty . Lovely range of cakes too .

Fine restaurant and an escape from the heat of the day. Good tasty menu options. There were 12 of us dining and everyone enjoyed the food. Suggest one of the baked potato options and a fruit smoothie.

It is a comfortable nice cafe where I often go with my friends for tea or meals. Clean, kind, tasty.. Staff volunteers for baby sitting, which makes it easy to enjoy my time with my friends.

I come here often for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and generally end up staying here for hours working on assignments. The place is lovely if you want to work at a cafe and offers delicious assortment of food choices including stir fry, pasta, cakes, among others for cheap prices. I would recommend the breakfast, which is only $4.00 for toast,... More

Jars has been one of my go-to places since I moved to Cambodia more than two years ago. The staff are so friendly and very attentive. Their food is delicious as I've tried most things on their menu. Their cinnamon rolls are really really delicious too!

We had such a great meal here the first time I returned a 2nd night. Both nights I ate dinner upstairs on the second floor. I was with a group of about 12 people the first night and we all really, really enjoyed our meals. Restaurant has a very comfortable atmosphere (up) and a varied menu, with some western type... I always order the same things honestly, but the jacket potato is my favourite thing on the menu (maybe because I'm a Brit missing home?). Drinks are good, coffee is a bit on the expensive side. Some things sound amazing but when you get it it doesn't taste as good as you'd hoped. Staff are friendly and helpful, lovely people... More
