Absolutely insane the disrespect by this staff. I ordered a Western BBQ and I got a Chicken BQQ instead. I called the center, Sahil location, and told Chingiz, who then referred to himself as the manager. He accused me of lying. Fantastic service. I have...ordered pizza from Papa Johns countless times but Jesus Christ will I never order from this group again. I would rather burn 20 azn then ever give it to these people again. And trust me these pizzas are not cheap for what you get.More

Bad workers

There have some rude and mindless workers that need to be gone.The pizza is good but some workers (not all of them) is really rude. Specially the one's who's been talking with customers on phone at night times.

Very late shipping

We were said that the pizza will be delivered in 5 minutes, after half an hour the pizza had not been delivered yet.

Miss old Papa

Once papa had better pizzas with bigger sizes and much more ingredients. Nowadays, pizzas are smaller with thicker dough (sometimes somehow uncooked) and less ingredients. Please bring back old papa.

If you love a plastic pie with the pizza flavour this the right place

Mostly frozen pre-made pizza, not fresh ingredients, cooked into an electric oven. If this is not enough: the pizza look's more a Turkish (azeri) pide. Nothing wrong in that. But the original pide is far more tasty and fresh than this plastic garbage.More

High prices,good taste

Pizzas are getting ready very late, and the prices are higher in comparison with the others. However as the pizzas are getting ready in front of you, you can see the hygiene. The pizzas are very tasty.

Good pizza and service

Smart, clean premises (Acemi Zesfozan). Food and tea were tasty. Service in particular was excellent (Fuad Q). A good experience.

Dont waste your time

Ordered online and after over one hour I called the place. Was handed over to 3 different people who couldn't tell me what was going on. Finally the last worker told me that it wasn't her fault in a very rude tone and told me...to reorder. The pizza delivery service doesnt seem to be 'convenient' at all.More

Not bad Place

The pizzas are delicious, but there are places where you can eat more tasty pizza. The Restaurant is in city center. a small but cute place.The order came late as it was in a lot of places

Very noisy place

According to my local staff Papa John serves the best pizzas in Azerbaijan. When I went there I was solo and the pizzas just looked too big for 1 person so I opted for a greek salad, recommended by the friendly waiter. The taste was...good but the portion just too little, for 6 Manat I get the same quality but bigger portion at other places. On the ground floor there is a playground for children which is a good arrangement for parents who come with small children but not for a single adult person who likes to enjoy his lunch in peace. Service was good and friendly.More

It's a Papa John's

You get what you could expect from a Papa John's - pretty good pizza and eventually a hearth attack if you go there to often. The location is good, but there are more scenic and probably healthier options down the boulevard.
