Great Italian food. We really enjoyed the anti pasta and with the open kitchen you can see the professionalism of the team. The front of house staff were brilliant, attentive but not over bearing. Good wines.

We stumbled upon the Dolce Vita restaurant located in the Boutique Hotel (in the street right next to Hard Rock Cafe) in Baku. Very authentic decorations and beautiful Italian floor tiles. The menu is also authentic and they told me all the meat produce is...imported direct from Italy. We were very happy with the large portion for the Antipasti with delicious cheeses and meats from Italy that were very satisfying. I guess that’s why the hefty 25 Manat price for the antipasti. The mains are also tempting. The lasagna was truly delicious and the roasted duck breast with special sauce a real treat to eat. The service staff were so attentive and friendly, as was the very authentic young Italian chef. Well worth going. Highly recommended.More

We had a pleasant dinner, good food guaranteed by a nice Italian chef.what happened after asking to check us out is instead surreal due to the rudeness of the waitress telling me “I cannot read your mind , you could tell me it before” after...asking her a separated bill. Rudeness doesn’t pay and we’ll never go there againMore

Centrally located, this place offers a quite good standard of food. The service was excellent, and prices reasonable. Most notable is the ambiance, with an open kitchen and your meal cooked right before you. Recommended.

The food here was lovely and servings are generous, the staff are great and let them know if there’s a birthday in your party! We enjoyed a two course meal and a bottle of wine at a very reasonable price.

The place is really nice, when you enter it you can feel the Italian ambience. We drank an Italian white wine and ate the starters only. The taste not like the Italian but ok👌🏼More

We decided to eat here after wanting to eat Italian food. We were shown into the restaurant and sat down. We were presented with menus and ordered drinks. My tonic water was almost as expensive as the gin but it was my choice (9AZN). I...ordered lasagne but unfortunately this had finished but was offered, and chose, the Tagliatelli Bolognese. My wife chose Carbonara, something she was really looking forward to. We didn't have too long to wait and we could see it being made in the open kitchen. At this point we realised there was no complimentary bread/breadsticks before the meal. Our meals arrived, hot and smelling delicious. There was no napkins on the table and we also had to ask for spoons! My meal was nice, I have to say. However, my wife had to leave hers. It was far too salty (she didn't add salt or pepper prior to tasting). She also thought she had something other than bacon in her meal but couldn't figure out what. On looking more closely, it was meant to be bacon but it was, in fact, just chunks of fat! The manager said the bacon was supposed to be like that but we agreed to differer as there was no sign of any bacon at all. He then took it for the chef to taste, who did actually agree it was too salty. He offered to remake the meal or cook an alternate meal but I was already finished mine so she declined the offer. It was taken off our bill but I don't think they were too happy. Just a heads up, taste your meal before seasoning.More
