We celebrated my birthday at the Bellagio in May 2021. Beautiful restaurant with very courteous staff, very Special thanks to Lisa!!!!!!! She looked after me incredibly well from the first to the last minute, dear Lisa, thank you very much, I had an unforgettable party and my guests had a wonderful time!
The food was incredibly delicious, the music was great and every employee went to great lengths. We'd love to come back as soon as possible 👍✌️

I assume this is not a type of restaurant one would wish to visit just by chance. However, even if planned in advance, you should consider the following:
Pros:
- food is very good. The quality, appearance and taste are of highest standard.
- service.
Cons:
- the live band is TOO LOUD AND AWFUL! I guess the majority of guests is happy with this quality, but still - the quality and loudness of so called ,,music,, is distracting and disappointing.
- right in front of the stairs leading to the main hall there is always a couple of men seating around a small table and gazing the visitors making the unevitable visual contact way too uncomfortable. Is this the security or not? Doesn't matter - very stressing.
My recommendation:
- if you wanna have better impression of genuine Armenian music, just avoid this place.
- if you wanna talk to your table-mates, again avoid this place - you can't make it because of the loud music.

I have never before written a bad review on Trip Advisor. I would rather promote 4-5 star ratings to those deserving places than waste my time on the disappointing ones. We were a party of three arriving just before 9 PM. Although the restaurant was busy, we were seated promptly. The music registered 120 dB, based on the app our nephew had on his phone; FYI, industrial standards require ear protection greater than 60 dB. After a half hour, the music level decreased to reasonable level. Our food was good overall. But my issue was with the wine I ordered (dry red Karas) and what they brought (Karasi). I had the Karas dry red several times this trip to Armenia and found it to be very drinkable. So I was pleased to see it on the menu. I was not shown the bottle before it was opened and poured, which any professional waiter/waitress would do. My nephew and I had a few sips and found the wine not potable at all. We called the waiter over to say the wine was not drinkable. The waiter then smell the top of the bottle and stated it was fine. We let it go, until the bill came. The price of the undrinkable wine was 32,000 dram ($67 at current exchange rate) compared to 8,000 dram for the Karas I ordered. When I complained this was not what I ordered, the waiter insisted it is what I pointed to on the menu. Even if I did make the initial mistake as to what I indicated, which is not my recollection, any professional wait staff knows to show the bottle to the client before opening, especially if is the most expensive wine on the menu. This soured our entire dining experience and I could never recommend Bellagio.

Nothing worked for us here. Food was terrible. Service annoying and unwelcoming. The hall was overdesigned but I would not mind if the rest was fine.
