Pricy, small meals but definitely worth to visit. You will have to pay extra to seat outdoors near the stage (about 4000 per person) but you will not regret. Nice evening with live music, show, dancing. Highly recommend.

We sat on the balcony, a little bit away from the crowd, and enjoyed the whole evening, including the show. Nairayan (sorry for misspelling your name) was our waiter and he was kind, attentive, and helpful in suggesting the menu. Aveluk salad which was so similar to the Korean namul, was delicious, Kharcho soup was heartwarming and the BBQ Sterlet was tasty. Nairayan's kind help is really appreciated.

My parents and I visited Tavern Yerevan Riverside in December 2023, and what a wonderful experience we had! Warm welcoming service with attention to details (special thanks to our waiter Artur, who not only recommended great dishes to us but also explained the difference between various Armenian wines).
We’ve ordered a bread basket (don’t miss an open bakery on the right side after the entrance - you can see the traditional way to bake lavash bread) - the bread was freshly baked and absolutely delicious; assortment of pickles (with green tomatoes, cabbage, cauliflower, okra, peppers, tomatoes and carrots); red sauce (highly recommended!), lamb kebab (perfect combination of spice and tender meat); pork loin BBQ; lamb liver with onions; mashed potatoes; local forest greens with eggs (yum!); and finished with sage & mint tea and baklava.

Horrible experience. First time in my life I left restaurant in the middle of the dinner. I came from NY and my parents from Moscow to celebrate my mom’s Bd in Yerevan. I chose this restaurant because of good reviews and live national music. I really don’t care that I should pay for the music separately (like entrance fee), we just wanted to have a great time. However, hostess gave us a table by the stairs on the opposite side from the stage, where you can’t see nothing!!! So, I asked her why should I pay extra $30 for this table, she said everything is booked. Later on, I checked second floor and found better table that wasn’t even mentioned! So, she said ok, you can seat, left us one menu (for 3 person) and disappeared! We were sitting for 10 minutes until I went to waitress myself and took 2 more menus. So, finally our waitress came… with such an ATTITUDE… his reaction on our order was so sniffy, the way he talked and explained composition of dishes was so arrogant!!! We asked him to bring white not cold wine, he brought red… then he brought white but like from freezer, my mom said it’s okay, just microwave it a little bit for her (just one glass) due to throat problems. After he looked at her like she is stupid and said it’s impossible I said enough and we left! I wanted to pay for food that was already ready but he refused. Now I understand that he wanted to show manager that we didn’t even pay. It was my mistake that I didn’t even realize to call manager, I was in shock and just left. The only positive moment that manager found us later on and I got a chance to explain what happened. I hope he understood! Thanks for ruined Birthday! 👌

Hard to believe this is one of the more professional restaurateurs in Yerevan. I hosted a birthday party for 15 people. They brought out 2 menus for the table. What is the logic? The restaurant can not afford enough menus? They think some of the guests are illiterate. You can imagine the training is quite poor if they dont know how to pass out menus.
The other odd thing was the restaurant was half empty, yet they put our group in the far corner of the restaurant. Pandook also has live performances, meaning we were put as far from the stage as possible. Why would they place so far away for a an additional paid service. (It worked out for the better since the performance was cheesy wanna-be Vegas)
Beyond that the food was uninspiring. Best to avoid.

Thank you for the late feedback. We are upset to hear that we weren't able to meet your expectations. Usually, our service is described as professional. We always aim to deliver a great experience, and according to the vast majority of our guests, we are on the list of favorites both for local people and for foreigners. The guests describe us as a hidden gem in Yerevan. The musical program is a very saturated-an orchestra, famous and popular groups, individual performers, attractive musical show. Anyway, we will consider all your comments, and please accept our sincere apologies.
Unfortunately, you have written the review about 5 months later of your visit, so it is difficult to give an exact answer to the question of why you have given that table. Usually while making reservations, we inform the guests about the area where the proposed tables are located. Groups prefer more private, separated areas, or could be because of fixed table reservations. If you have any preferences, please inform us while booking, or just on the spot.
In the outside areas, 2 types of fees were available -1 for 1 and 2 stored areas and the other one for the veranda. It is not possible to have all tables in front of the stage as the territory of the restaurant is big. We have enough menus and wine lists in 3 languages.
We do hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the nearest future, with a better experience.

Went there last night. The appetizers were not bad however the main bbq/kabob was look warm when they brought it, the meat was overcooked and way way too SALTY! We kept ordering bottles of water ( and they sell u the mini ones so u buy more)
The show was nice and the live music was good.
Overall this place is way too pricy for the quality of the food they serve, the waiters all had attitudes ( it was a chore when we would order something). There are so many better places to go for dinner in Yerevan.

Very cozy, peaceful place in the middle of Yerevan. The view is beautiful. We ate shakshuka with tomatoes, fried eggs with basturma, bread basket, red caviar and cream. Everything was tasty, the portions for two persons was more than enough. We even asked the rest of food to go. The personnel is welcoming. The waiting time was less than expected.

For starter we ordered soup and a bread. We are surprise how crispy the bread. Then the potato, the cooking and the food looks very simple but opposite to the taste it’s very delicious. Our main dish is a selected meat and Sterlet fish though pork is not healthy but we felt that we’re eating a well food because the way they cook the food and the taste compliments with the potato. From the restaurant name it self expect that you will have a cozy ambiance and good view. In conclusion it’s like over the moon experience in Tavern Yerevan Riverside.

What a fun evening at Tavern Yerevan Riverside! Last minute booking on a Tuesday night. Got a table directly in front of the stage. Excellent service by the hostess, who made sure I got a front table after seeing how much I was enjoying the music, and my waiter Mayis, who took great care of me throughout the dinner. The food is delicious with big servings. I ordered the tolma with grape leaves, beef majo kebab with Bulgarian salad, and bbq potatoes on the side. The musical performances started at around 7pm and finished at around 11pm with different musicians, singers, dancers, music genre and languages throughout. Highly recommended for a wonderful evening in Yerevan!

Quality of the service level and food was more than expected. The place itself was great and the staff were very responsive and friendly. They were trying to satisfy different requests all the time. We were a group of 9 consists of family and friends and had Anyone unforgettable night. I can say the value for money was fully justifiable!

Dinner for three. Tons of vegetarian options, live entertainment, great service. The staff was really accommodating and spoke Russian very well. Even my picky child really enjoyed herself. I highly recommend for all visitors as I assume locals don’t need recommendations.

The best place ever visited , I liked the food ,hospitability ,music ,deciration and everything connected to service .
Would like to mention the NAMES who make their service ,they are the best - Hospitable Arman , Waiters Artur and Vahan .
Even in winter it seemed like a shining summer .

We went to this place after a recommandation by a local Armenian and what a night ! The concerts and shows were great, the meal was delicious and most of all … the service is wonderful especially Artyom who took care of us, helpful, gentle and so funny ! We keep coming back to Pandok Riverside when we visit Armenia. This time we had a family reunion there. The food was fantastic, as always. We ordered BBQ, large variety of salads as well as desert at the end. The service is exceptional. Waiters are very knowledgeable and helpful. If you are lucky to reserve a table in the evening, you can watch the cultural program which is very entertaining and beautiful.
