Everything starts with adzoukh. This is our philosophy. The most basic of cuisines is one prepared on a fire billowing out of adzoukh (charcoal). We are returning to the roots of man by providing the most basic cuisine made to perfection: Western Armenian-style Khorovadz (barbecue). And who are “we”? Adzoukh is a partnership between Zak Valladian and Sevag Ayanian, two best friends who love food.
