The place made me skeptical at first but their guest friendliness and the cook professionalism changed my mind. I would definitely recommend the place especially for those who want to have some quiet dinner for two

this is an overpriced place where you will enjoy the same food as at any regular restaurant but it will be served in a nice manner. however consider your budget before. it has no historical or any other privelege to be overpriced!

The setting behind the green entry door is sort of funky but pleasant enough. Service is prompt and courteous but the kitchen is what really stands out. We ordered a green bean salad, a chicken liver pate, sturgeon with pepper sauce and a braised goat...More

Dolmama is an cozy, but elegant, restaurant which offers traditional, but upscaled, Armenian recipes. The local wine list is superb, too. Though not cheap, it’s definitely worth it.

Loved this restaurant. Cosy, friendly staff, great food. Had the best bean salad ever (the term "salad" doesn't do it justice!)followed by delicious chicken in walnut and wine. Lovely wine and choice of Armenian brandy. Highly recommended.

The atmosphere of historic Dolmama was very pleasant and food was very good. I could not eat its famous food dolma because it is too spicy/hot for me but pork barbeque was delicious.

The upstairs was half empty but they asked me to sit in the basement, I am not one to say no so I agreed, assuming the basement would be treated similar to any dining environment . However, I was wrong. I was tended to by...More

A small, & upmarket restaurant in a homey atmosphere where you'll get personal attention, a lengthy wine list and some interesting local specialities. Its owner is an art collector, an American Armenian, who has returned to Yerevan. Probably you will meet him there, chatting with guests. The smallish restaurant features a laconic, well thought-out design. In warm weather, the meal can be savored on the cozy inner courtyard terrace, entwined by lush vines.
