Peaceful oasis

We came here after positive reviews on tripadvisor and recommendation by our hotel. Although the prices were higher than we had become used to with our travels in Vietnam, and there were only two other occupied tables, we thought why not. The service was slow - we were advised it would take maybe 15 minutes to get our meals, which... More

Stayed at the Huong Giang hotel and the Confetti is virtually the first restaurant out of the hotel gate. The appearance is dark but head on in and it is light and interesting. The service was prompt and the food excellent. Had our first Hue pancake here and it was delicious and set the bench mark for other restaurants. Do... More

We stopped here for a quick lunch and coffee and we're not disappointed. The Vietnamese coffee was one of the best we've had and the bun bo hue was great quality. Price was a bit high but well worth it.

Listed as a boutique restaurant Confetti was delightful not just for its Vietnamese food, but for the art work adorning its walls. Dinner with drinks was just under twenty dollars and service was superb. With Hue's high humidity eating in air conditioned comfort trumps outdoor dining. It's walking distance from all the major hotels too.

Went here in April with our tour group. Super cheap and very nice. My husband and I both ate mackerel. Mine in banana leaf and his in clay pot.

We were staying at the Orchid, so popped in here for dinner as it was close (in the opposite direction to Tripadvisor's map). Stir fried beef and vegetables were good but the ginger chicken was lovely. Deserts and a couple of beers and we went home well satisfied. Can't think where some reviewers went but it doesn't sound like here.

Recommended by our hotel, we had a pleasant walk along the Perfume River as preparation for what turned out to be a fantastic Vietnamese dining experience. This quiet restaurant/art gallery is a real gem. From the moment we entered until the moment we left, the service was sublime as was the food. We had cocktails to start which were excellent... More

Our tour guide recommended this restaurant and we were not disappointed .food was excellent and service very friendly .We chose Banh Nam to start with followed by grilled duck with citronella and fresh chilli and the mackerel poached in a clay pot which was epic. Washed down with 2 beers and a glass of wine ,all for under $20 bargain... More
