Simply a terrible place to be ... orders not taken properly, food come too oily, tasteless and unexpectedly with sugar . Had to leave half way through dinner They need to learn from other veg restaurants in HCMC. Even regular street-side eateries serves well and...taste better Also, having a Captain who can speak English will be good for foreigners visiting this placeMore
You will have the opportuniy to try really great meal and enjoy your meal on a real beautiful restaurant!
We really enjoyed our food, especially the banana flower salad was amazing! (Maybe the best in HCMC?) The only criticism I have: the English of the staff wasn't great and there was a problem with our order, because we never received one dish. This was...not a big problem, we just ordered more food and the forgotten item was removed from the bill, so all good! :-) TLDR: Try the banana flower salad, it is AMAZING!More
One of my best food experience in Vietnam. Very good veggie food, lot if options in the menu and original way to cook different dishes compare to most of veggie places in the world. Pricing is correct. Service could be better, as everywhere in Vietnam...unfortunately.More
Food is nice, fairly simple vegetarian and reasonably priced. Service is efficient and friendly. A little awkwardly located, but has a pleasant decor and atmosphere
I’ve been coming here for about 6 years (each time I visit). I realised I hadn’t given them a review. It’s consistently excellent. Fresh ingredients, affordable and delicious. You won’t be disappointed. I recommend the banana blossom salad and their mango sticky rice is divine!
My first visit there upon recommendation by a friend turned up a cosy little joint tucked away among shops adjacent to cuch gach quan. Wasn't sure where was it because we went at night. Even the Grabcar had problems finding the location. As per the...usual vegetarian restaurant the environment and ambiance was clean and refreshing. Staff were very helpful and attentive to recommend dishes according to your tastebuds. Food was fast to arrive and as we ordered too much they were fast to take away for us too. Based on the ambiance alone i give it a 5 star. Food is decent but as with vegetarian fare can be a bit bland.More
This place was heaving with locals when we walked in, so we knew we were in for a great meal. The menu is expansive so it can take a while to choose, but the staff made some great recommendations. Portions are well sized so it’s...easy to order too much, particularly with the hot pots, which are an excellent choice. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Their English isn’t great, but they really do their best to serve as beat they can.More
We ate an evening meal here and the food and service were excellent. As we are vegan, we had to use google translate to make sure our choices did not have milk. The portion sizes are large and we ordered too much. The waitresses were...all super helpful. Definitely one to go to if you are a vegetarian.More
Buddha Restaurant is my favorite vegetarian restaurant. The restaurant has a spacious and clean space. All the dishes are delicious, They are beautifully presented and reasonably priced. Very suitable for vegetarians.
A lot of choice for vegan food, variety selection, nice and friendly service, great atmosphere and good food, big portion so suitable for sharing more than single
It was seriously delicious! I got the braised seitan and fried taro sticks. Both were super yummy and affordable! Absolutely nobody spoke English there so that was harder for me as foreigner, but they were very kind in attempting to understand what I was saying....Cheap and delicious!! Worth the walk! Also, in the time I was there 2 monks and a lady monk were eating there, so you know it’s bomb.More
