Propaganda, perhaps the first Vietnamese bistro in the world, is renowned for great wine and Vietnamese food pairing (we ordered from their surprisingly affordable Food & Wine Discovery menus) but do not miss out if you happen to pass by in the day time and order an outstanding Vietnamese banh mi (in home-baked bread) while you enjoy the commissioned mural art in propaganda art style.

Loved this restaurant, one of the best on our 2 week trip through Vietnam. Great ambience with the murals, delicious food, and very reasonably priced.

Nice but.. very nice looking, good location. But very difficult staff to understand and to be understood. Service (although poor) is charged automatically. Food okay. Expected more.

We love the food here, been three times and enjoyed everything we’ve had. This time, though we noticed that all the young wait staff was more interested in loudly talking and interacting with each other sitting at the bar than serving customers. A server did...More
