The establishment is located at District 2 area of the Ho Chi Minh City. It features antique pieces, art items, classic furniture, and traditional objects from the land of Argentina, Australia, Asia, Europe and North Africa. Generation old clocks, classic posters of Louis Vuitton, old trunks and framed authentic paintings have also made their way into this place. Its special offering includes tea at morning time, lunch time and high tea amidst luxuriously sophisticated setting. The villa is comfortably placed in a peaceful atmosphere. Villa Royale is a splendid experience, whether for a High Tea, Lunch, Coffee or wine or bubbles. Everything is home cooked and baked and exquisite selection of savoury and sweet food. Beautiful hot pastries and sweet assortment and hot scones with jam and cream better than any bodies grandmother makes. The High Tea is amazing value at a quarter of the price of any hotel High Tea and such a beautiful environment surrounded by beautiful antiques sitting in comfortable luxurious couches.

This place is absolutely stunning. Surrounded by beautiful antiques and art, staff is welcoming and kind, drinks and desserts are delicious. Thank you for providing such a wonderfully unique experience. Truly a Diamond in the Rough.

My husband and I have been a regular customer at the tearoom for several years. The food, service, and atmosphere are always top notch. Mr. Linh and David are not just a regular owner but also have a high-class taste when it comes to cuisine and hospitality. The tearoom filled with endlessly collectible items such as arts, sculptures, decors, etc.
Our relationship has built up so great that we have becomes business partners recently. It has been a pleasure to get to know them both professionally and personally. One of the most epic experience we have here in Vietnam.

We (a friend and I) were excited to choose the place for an afternoon tea get-together due to lots of good reviews. But it was just a whole disappointment.
It's claimed an English tea room, but staff didn't know how to serve with the proper style.
I had a peppermint tea which tastes like a supermarket toothpaste. Couldn't finish it.
Then I shared the chamomile tea of my friend, which is normal taste.
Scones are awful, seemed they were old and dried out. The microwave didn't help them all. There was no clotted cream, only whipped cream and jam.
Sandwiches and pastries are boring. Even the bread slides (of sandwiches) are dry.
Cakes were also old and dry, too sweet, no special tastes. We could not eat but eventually decided to pick them home to treat our dogs.
Space: I am not an antique collector, but can see things decorated around the shop are not real antique. Old and dirty - poor maintenance.
Tea cups: not really clean when serving - I had to blow some kind of ash or dust inside. And old cup with a bit edge broken.
Price: tbh overpriced for the quality of food, drink and service. Looked like you are stuffed to fit $25 per person with lots of food, but helpless.
Never go back for any cakes or pastries as there are plenty other places in town with more fancy menu.

Villa Royale never disappoints! A beautiful location and setting, with exceptional service and attention to detail and the most delicious, delightful and best Devonshire tea ever! The scones, freshly baked are light and full of flavour, perfectly crisp on the outside, with the most amazing whipped cream and strawberry jam! And that is only one of the decadent delights on the High Tea triple layered cake stand. Sandwiches, cakes, slices, macaroons, and lamingtons (homage to Australia Day), with amazing selection of TWG teas.... highlight during Tet.
Definitely a destination that I will be returning to-- especially with friends and visitors! Chuc mung nam moi! Fx

What a fabulous combination when it's done to perfection like what they've done here. We were pleasantly surprised at how much there was to look at and appreciate. We also had tea, coffee and cold drinks with the food we ordered. Everything was good however I need to note that I've truly never had such a decadent and delicious chocolate cake as we've had here this morning. Just go!

Wow. Fabulous little place. A little difficult to find, luckily the taxi driver knew where to find it and the tea room next door was kind enough to point out the entrance.
A little gem. Beautifully set up with lots of antique tables, chairs, lush lounges and tea wares.
We were there for high tea! Huge amount of delicious goodies, sadly we were unable to eat it all. We could have taken the left overs home & if we were not about to fly home, would have been tempted!!
Tea was also delicious.
Give yourself plenty of time to digest.

We had a Christmas tea party at villa Royal and can recommend the high tea as being excellent.
They served a good mix of savouries and sweets. The savouries were excellent. I loved the sandwiches, quiche and the scone. I was quite full so didn't try too many of the sweets but the others really enjoyed them too
They do offer a wide choice of teas, coffee and bubbly.
There are loads of pretty things for sale as well

I've been going to Villa Royale for more than a year now and it never disappoints. If you are looking for high tea, scones and cream, this is the place. I actually go for their amazing cakes and cheesecakes. They also have a simple lunch menu that with satisfy. The best part is the classic collection of collectables and random antiques that adorn this beautiful villa. You will never be bored gazing around this room. Highly recommended.

Wow absolutely fabulous, up with the best if not the best high tea experience we have had ( and we done a few) . The minute you walk in the door you leave the world outside behind. The luxury purple sofas and sort furnishing , blended with a tea selection fit for royalty, champagne and lavish food over three tiers was to die for. The service seamless too. We stayed much longer than to eat rather enjoying catching up with an old friend in this most epic place! Must visit when in HCM for sure !

I booked Villa Royale team for a British high tea weekend catering at our Bentley showroom in HCMC. Anh Linh and David always know how to make us all happy with delicious cakes and professional service.
I would definitely will choose them again.

Great little find, amazing food, well presented and fab hospitality.
So much food, dont have any lunch if going for this.
It was my wifes birthday on the day of visit and its the little personal touches that make a special experience.

Wow what an incredible place. The walls are filled with beautiful art and antiques. It is a feast for the eyes everywhere you look you see beauty! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming and the food/drinks are delicious. This is without a doubt the coolest place to have a coffee in the city!

Love this place. Great teas (incredible selection) and coffees and the best cakes in town. Like....seriously good! Linh and the staff there are fantastic and super welcoming. Such a beautiful location too. A great place to chill out and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
