It seems that this restaurant has been struggling with its identity, having been pan-Asian then Thai then split into an upstairs & downstairs with one floor being Thai and the other being Burmese/Cambodian/Lao/Vietnamese. We were going to sit downstairs (nice decor) but were ask to sit upstairs as a group were coming in and they wanted to use our table.... More

I visited as part of a large group arranged by work so I didn't order the food we ate and so found myself eating all sorts of things- all of it delicious. This place is worth finding, and be adventurous in you menu selections.

We went there for the breakfast! The downstairs is for the drinks and desserts only. You would smell the rich chocolate when you first step in the restaurant! Upstairs is for the meal where we had our breakfast there! The environment is very French style! The staffs there are quite helpful and speak good English.

Very much enjoyed our meal and the surroundings. Had no idea food was Thai, all seems the same to me however there was a very wide selection. No complaints about service.

Food is on point in terms of flavours, heat, authenticity. The place is quiet, so if you want to get away from local noise & food for a bit, this would be it.

There were few people when we went there so the atmosphere was awesome and service was more than enough. The staff said High season is August to February and on the other months, it would be less crowded. It was enjoyable to eat Vietnamese, Cambodian, Laos, Thailand and Myanmar foods. The menu was not diversified but it was ok since... More

A visit to Monsoon is a great break from the local choices of Vietnamese culinary delights. You will love the Thai offerings in this restaurant, the many choices, and the genuine taste of Thailand. The environment is appropriate, but what lets this place down is the service which is underwhelming and certainly nothing to rave about. Thai hospitality is renowned... More

We were a mixed nationality (Vietnamese, Italian and New Zealander) group of six, all with experience of genuine Thai food in Thailand. We all agreed that the food was probably as close to true Thai food that we had experienced anywhere. Taste, texture and presentation were all excellent. The only minor complaint i had was our waiter who was a... More

First of all (and this is important). My longtime favorite Monsoon has transfered into Tui Thai Eatery. Yes, the house is the same but the menu has changed a lot. From now on there will be not Burmese, Lao, Vietnamese or Khmer main courses. But, Tui Thai surprised me in a good way and they keep some of the heritage... More
