My wife and I travelled up from Vung Tau on the 6.00am ferry, so by the time we arrived we were ready from breakfast somewhere near the Ben Tran market. Our first impression of the restaurant was very clean . The owner who is French engaged all his clients and that was refreshing to see in Vietnam Both breakfast choice... More

Since my discovery of this bakery I was a regular. Their viennoiserie is the gold standard for Saigon in my opinion, their baba au rhum, so good it's sinful. I don't patronize the place too often now since I witness on several occasions the behavior of the owner toward his staff, customers and, holy cow!, his own partner in business... More

A French guy who'd been wandering around SE Asia for a while took me along one morning, and I could tell by his growing excitement that he was on to a good thing. We had pain aux raisin which had just come out of the oven, and it's up there with the best pain aux I've had. Crisp and light... More

Just walking around Ben Thanh Marked, I saw this lovely Parisien style bakery and decided to have a nice cafe au lait with a croissant; after traveling almost for a month in Vietnam I was missing them! It is near to some nice design clothes boutiques so, if you are planning to buy some nice dresses, that's the place to... More

The service in this little bakery was really lovely and the filled rolls we had tasted really great. It's a little more expensive than another bakery we went to, but we were overall happy with our experience here. We took away our lunch so didn't eat in - the bakery itself doesn't have much ambiance.

Found this little patisserie by accident whilst looking for somewhere cool and airconditioned to have a drink. Amazing selection of pastries and cakes. Had a sprite and grenadine drink - not seen anywhere else in my travels! - and a coconut cake. They also do savoury pastries and light bites such as omlettes. Prices are higher than 'normal' bakeries in... More

One of the best bakery's we encountered in Vietnam, found this bakery at 830pm and they still had a reasonable amount of pastries left and they were all still very fresh. All the food we bought from here was delicious.

We were lucky enough to see the flashing sign of a french patisserie. This was intriging being in the heart of Saigon. We peered through the window and were enticed into the shop where we met the charming Fabrice and Muriel who were just about to close for the night. We were lucky enough to score some delicous desert for... More

Stumbled upon this place during my 1st trip in 2012. Loved this place since then and swore to myself I will be back again. So here I m again! Haven't really tasted much French pastries so don't think I'm in the right position to compare. Loved the place for its simplicity and friendly bosses. Of course the pastries I had... More
