I'm the first to wonder why people visit Irish pubs in foreign countries rather than experiencing more local venues. I have now discovered why, it's convenient, you know what you are going to get and the staff will speak English. Great drinks, great food and great company. Simple. We were nearing the end of an South East Asian drinking marathon... More

We decide that we would head out for one drink, and fancied trying to find an Irish bar. We found this place and how lucky we where. A pool table at the back great Music no surprise then that we had more than one drink and in fact stayed till it closed at one. The staff where attentive and one... More

This place used to be called Bernie's and the name was quirky with a nice friendly touch to it. Now it has changed and though management is the same some of the atmosphere has suffered. The front part of the restaurant has been redesigned, the large menu board has gone, some of the staff has left and with this you... More

Midweek this place was not so busy, so this was a great quiet spot for a beer and good Western food. It has a great atmosphere and friendly staff. It is a nice change from the Vietnamese places that surround this place. You can't miss stopping by here.

Yo can take anyone to this bar. Kids, wife, girlfriend or your mates. It isn't Irish folk songs and Guinness in your face - just an Irish welcome and a good range of beers, live music from Thurs-Sun and friendly staff and owner ready to serve. It's all delivered in a subtle way and the atmosphere is just right -... More

Not the place for a quiet meal - even upstairs - we left before we ordered - perhaps WE should have known better!

Food was sensational after a month of lapping up the Asian cuisine, the beef and Guinness pie was awesome as well as Bernie and Kiki. Thanks for a couple of great nights

Just had a drink with some friends here, decent music, very Irish. The owner is strict but nice and polite. I ordered a Mojito but I didn't like it, they changed it to something more tasty. What a nice service. I will go back soon. Just love it.

Was a little hard to find but well worth the effort, excellent service and excellent food at very reasonable prices, my IPhone needed a charge as did my wife's Samsung and the staff plugged them in to their own chargers, the premises were nice and clean and staff well dressed, we also got a free game of pool in.

We were welcomed into this charming bit of Dublin by a smiling Vietnamese Colleen. Happy to note that touches of Vietnam were incorporated in the decor as well as in the menu. We chose Irish selections which were delicious. There were many varieties of beer; ours was served good and cold, just the way we like it. Staff was friendly... More
