We had an enjoyable time exploring this unique, quirky and partially dilapidated former residential apartment building that now houses cafes and boutique fashion shops. Worth a visit.

Just cafes and restaurants here. Nothing fancy. The view wasn’t even that great. The guy who works at elevator was super nice though.

You find these converted apartments scattered throughout the city....this is one of the largest. Nine floors of restaurants and shops. No standard opening/closing times. Worth a visit

Interesting idea. Poor execution. Not clean, many shops still closed after 10am. Could be a few specialists shop but you would need to know before coming. 8ielts is a good attempt at being student friendly.

I was introduced to this by a local guide. A fascinating old 9-storey apartment building near the Nguyen Hue Walking Street, which has now been converted to cafés and boutique outlets. Those cafés with a balcony have great views over the city, and sunsets when...More
