it is the second time i had pho here, the first time was 2017 when i first visited HCM, last year i had 9 days trip to HCM again,i visited pho Hoa Pasteur again on 27 Nov. i ordered pho dac biet du thu, it is...a combination of all kind of beef.also ordered ice tea and banh quay( fried dough sticks). the broth is nice, not very heavy,i put banh quay into the soup, and eat it with pho,it is very nice experience. if you love pho,i recommend pho hoa pasteur to you, delicious and worth a visit. the atmosphere here is quite busy, sometimes you may share table with others,so if you want to come here, avoid peak hours.More

me and my friend arrived at night and it's not too busy. The portion is huge and pricey for me but it's ok, the service is fast and the place is also neat and comfortable

Horrible and extremely filthy. The food was cold and its environment was shabby and dirty. The staff was rude and emotionless. When she brought the food out, she put her finger in the pho bowl. Very disgusting. I am sure this restaurant is overrated. Please...do not come here.More

Came here with my family based on the reviews I read. I ordered Pho Tai Nam Bo Vien and the others ordered Pho Tai. Quality was extremely mediocre. The broth flavour was 6/10. The meat quality maybe 5/10. We left most of our soups mostly...uneaten. Then as we were walking out of the restaurant we noticed that many who left barely ate their soup as well. The fresh rolls were ok, nothing special, too much basil. There were tons of groups of tourists coming in. Place was full. Huge tourist trap. Perhaps this place was special some time ago but we were all really, really disappointed. Do yourself a favour, try somewhere else.More

Pho was good but can taste the MSG. I got the special Pho that came with all type of meat. There is only one size if you order the special Pho. Other type of Pho you can order small or large bowl.

No wonder this is Michelin rated! The best food I’ve tried in Saigon! I ordered the Well Done Brisket Pho then as sharing my friends and I ordered the spring roll. So worth it!

Best pho by partner and I had in Saigon. The flavours were so good could not beat it. Very busy so even if you had to wait (which we did not) it is well worth it. This is a must eat whilst in Saigon.

We have eaten here three times so far and will return when go back to Ho Chi Mingh City. The pho is delicious and the best we have eaten in Vietnam so far. The brisket and flank versions are both delicious however it was the...chicken noodle that we enjoyed the most. The broth is sensational!More

First tried this place via Grab as most places around us were closed by 8.30pm. If you're ordering takeout keep in mind that Pho's are packed in plastic bags and they don't give containers with it. Expect this place to always be full, service is...quick. They had breadsticks table side and the menu had no price of them but are 10k each. Both Beef Brisket and Raw beef Phos were great, aside from that the menu is quite extensive. Worth a visit.More

Came here in 2017, was craving for it ever since. 2023 I came back, and brought 2 more friends (1 guy came here 4 times). The broth is simply out of this world and now you can pay by card so it's fantastic. Just make...sure not to put the fish leaf in your Pho because it will ruin everything (trust me).More

Great pho, friendly staff. The spot is nice and clean, and Michelin recommended. We took a cheap ‘Grab’ to get here from another part of Ho Chi Minh City.

Upstairs where there is Aircon. Much more comfortable. Pho tai, spring rolls, fresh rolls, all excellent. Tear the herbs into your bowl and let the flavours flow. One of the best phos I’ve ever had and so reasonably priced. Deserving of its reputation.

Best pho in Saigon. It’s a very busy restaurant with a very tasty hot beef broth. We had pho at our hotel but this was by far more tasty and bang for my buck. Got a taxi there and back and it was a reasonable...priced dinner and cab fare included. A must for any traveller to tryMore

This is the meal I miss most in Ho Chi Minh City. Long praised as the best pho in Saigon, Pho Hoa Pasteur is popular among both locals and tourists. Beef pho, with a bit of everything, is an all-time favorite. The broth is mild...and clear. The meat is fresh and not overcooked. Price is fine for tourists. It is a large place with multiple stories so getting a table is always carefree.More
