take a stroll and watch, smell and taste. Order at the stand(s) and wait for it in the central courtyard where they will bring it to your table. Any local dish you can try and taste here.

Tons of choices...Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Egyptian, pizza etc. All available in a food court. Easy. Good value. Would recommend if you are anxious about street food and want something quick and easy at good value

Lots of choice - there are Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Indian, and even Egyptian stalls. The food is good (great local desserts) but utensils are lacking - no metal cutlery, hard to find plates, etc. Would be better if they improve the cutlery.

We ate in the Asiana several times during our stay in HCMC. There's a wide variety of Asian food from many areas of Vietnam, Korea and Japan. We would recommend the hotpot as being delicious and fun. Meal for two including beers £6!
